I consider Simple Electric my own personal electrician. I have used them multiple times during my home remodel. They installed new ceiling fans and were very creative in the installation to provide what I needed at the best cost. They put in new outlets for my stove and dishwasher (which were previously hot wired). They came back and fixed outlets that I replaced - obviously not very well. Although, I did replace over 20 outlets in the home and there were only a few that I didn't get quite right or wouldn't touch because there was complicated wiring behind them. They are booked out at least two weeks but everyone is very busy right now, so it just requires planning on your end. However, when scheduled they arrive on time and are very friendly (and dog friendly as well). Great company.

Its the middle of summer and half the power in our house suddenly stopped working, including the air conditioning. I called 9 different electricians this morning and only Phoenix Electricians called me back. They showed up quick and determined it to be a problem with SRP but if they hadn’t been so quick to respond I’d have been waiting all day for some random electrician to call me back instead of getting on SRP about the problem. The electrician even called them for me to explain the problem to them. Highly recommended.

Over priced and rude.

We exceedingly suggest Wise Owl Electricians in Phoenix for their polished skill, speed, consideration to security & detail, and awesome client service. I would not delay calling them once more for any future electrical needs. We as of late acquired a 30-year-old home with 70% obsolete wiring. Their quote was very sensible and competitive compared to the other companies. When the team appeared up to work, they worked very rapidly and productively. They moreover did an extraordinary job of cleaning up. Other than their incredible knowledge & experience of re-wiring, we truly enjoyed the personality of all of the electricians that were included in the work. Thanks once more, folks!

Noel was here within about an hour of my call to the office. He got right to work, explained the issue and estimates, and completed the job satisfactory within an hour. From the moment I spoke with the scheduling coordinator she assured me that Penguin Air would take care of me and get my unit fixed same day. With competitive pricing, a great experience from call to service, Penguin Air gained a customer for life.

My first experience with Fixer was a 10/10 experience. I reached out to them because one night our Air Handler was not turning on and flashing a low voltage warning to our nest thermostat. I called 3 different HVAC companies and finally got one out the next day. Quick analysis showed that the unit was perfectly fine, but it appeared to be an electrical issue with the outlet that the unit was plugged into. Queue the real headache of the service industry:

1.) Called a local electrician, quoted a 200 diagnostics fee just for showing up and then parts and labor would be on top. Soonest availability was 4 weeks out.
2.) Called another 'national' electrician, quoted a 150 fee for showing up and additional hours would be 75 per hour with parts and labor. Earliest availability was 2 months out!
3.) Discovered Fixer online and filled out the repair request based on what i knew. Was quoted $119 for the first hour and then everything would be prorated to the minute there after. Felt reasonable and the best part was they could get someone there the next day. My fixer showed up, was extremely professional and quickly diagnosed the issue that the HVAC company could not. Upon diagnosing the issue, my fixer explained everything that he was going to try and then explained what could be the root cause. 1 trip to the hardware store for parts and my fixer was completed with the project. Two burnt out electrical switches and plugs and everything was back up good as new. Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. total cost $200 with parts and labor.

So quickly said, if you value your time, want transparency with what is actually occurring with your problem, and want top of the line customer service, give Fixer a shot. Could not be happier with their work.

Best service. Dennis came out same day I called for an estimate. I had 12 can lights installed this week and love my family room lights.

To preface, my house is a nightmare amalgamation of addons build by amateurs since 1955. As a consequence, the wiring is a mess. Rick managed to figure it out though, and for that alone, bravo. Turns out it was a problem on the power company's end. I would've never figured it out. I'm glad I didn't waste too much time on it before calling Rick, who was friendly and experienced. I also found his rates to be very, very reasonable, especially compared to what other companies would charge. I'll be calling Rick for all my future electrical needs.

If there was a zero star this company would get it. We hired Rick to do the electrical on a remodel. He said him and his son would be performing the work themselves. Ricks initial quote for the job doubled once he began the project. Rick hired the work out. We failed the inspection because his guy buried live wires in the wall, left live wires buried in the ceiling and did a very poor job. Magnum Electric is a scam. He shouldn't be in business. Beware. He is a good salesman but will leave the job incomplete with the homeowner scrambling to fix his mess.

On time, quick response, and found a creative solution to a tricky brick job. I will be hiring him for additional projects. Very Happy.
