We had emergency service when our patio window broke. They were out to board-up the same day, measured for a replacement window and exactly two weeks later replaced the board with a new pane of glass. We were referred to True View by another glass company which couldn't provide us with emergency service. We were very pleased with everything and are proud to recommend True View.

Would absolutely recommend, honest and up front throughout the process! My elderly parents had an attempted break in at their home, broke a large front window in the process. Had two other contractors out who told us that the windows needed to be replaced, Duane came out expecting to measure in anticipation of installing a whole new unit, but instead called and told me that we did not need to spend the money on one, and that he would replace the glass right then and there. Definitely one of the last honest companies out there! (The work was excellent as well!)

Had 11 windows put in, the gentleman who came to our house was very knowledgeable & didn't oversell, which was greatly appreciated, nothing worse than someone being too pushy. This window company is the least sales-ie, gimmickie and reasonably priced. We were having issues with getting HOA approval, solely because of window frame size from American Vision so I started researching other companies and found Red Rock. I'm so glad I did. We got an in-home quote within a week of calling, a few thousand less than American Vision. The windows were built and installed on time. The installers were friendly, cleanly and FAST. We noticed some inconsistencies with the caulking around the windows a few days later after install, while painting, and I called Red Rock about and the came right out and fixed it. We're extremely happy with the whole process and would highly recommend Red Rock.
