Awesome experience. Price was less then half the price of competition. The windows are outstanding quality and the service was over and beyond by the crew and especially the forman. He genuinely cared and listened to my concerns. I wish I remembered his name, he deserves high ratings

Other than the Sales Person being great to work with and no big sales pitch, the front office staff being very helpful and keeping me posted on the install date, followed by an excellent installation Team there is not a lot to say about this company. Oh Yea, I would recommend them to all that are interested in a great product at a reasonable price.

We had a patio door replaced with a new one. Excellent quality and the installation process was done quickly and professionally. Would definitely recommend them.

Not only did they do a fantastic install - I called today for door adjustment and spoke to Celina and she could not have been sweeter, nice and patient. This is true and not fake review by google , Dwayne and his helper made a time and place to inspect my windows , they took the other measurements and they never committed to do the work

I spoke with both John and Kevin and their customer service is great, very professional and well represented. They were able to fit in an emergency window replacement very last minute late in the evening. Someone arrive on site in a timely manner and the work was completed within an hour. I will definitely use their services again and I highly recommend this company to anyone!

Greg and SI windows was fantastic. They helped me in the design choices for a complete window and door replacement. I was able to compare different ideas for placement, glass type and other features in the planning process to make an informed decision.

The crew was very professional showing up on time, being mindful of what was going on at the house and leaving their work areas thoroughly cleaned.

In total everything was done on time and installed as if it was their own homes.

I'd highly recommend SI windows because of the above reasons and the difference it makes having quality doors and windows in your home. Aesthetically ot looks amazing and i cannot wait to see the benefits of the low e glass and sound dissipating options I went with.

My 12 year old son plays soccer on our patio and he accidentally slammed his ball into our back window. I was in desperate need to find a company to repair it quickly. After searching a few different glass companies I was happy to find Superior Replacement Windows. A technician came out to our house within the hour. They where fast and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them and we will be using them in the future.

I called Jason at Econ Windows to come out and give me a quote on a broken window, while other companies told me it would take 4 days just to come give a quote, he took time on his day off to give me the quote the same day! When he showed up (very punctual) he was quick, professional, and best of all was well priced and ethical. He did not take advantage of me needing a window asap, he just got to work and got me a fare price for a great product. He also stayed and helped me clean up the broken window/glass that needed replacing, before I had even committed to giving him the job. He went above and beyond to earn the business. When it came to install, he was fast and did great quality work.
If you are looking for a window company to do business with, I would highly recommend him and I will be calling him for any future jobs! Thank you Jason!!

From my meeting with salesman Lee C. to the install, everything was 5 Stars. He took the time to answer questions, give detailed reviews on the product. When Pedro came to install, his team was professional from start to finish. They cleaned and did a walk thru from inside and outside of ALL the windows to be sure I was 100% satisfied. It was so easy and great to work with Lee and Window World of Phoenix. I would HIGHLY recommend Lee and Window World. I am extremely happy with my windows and they look great on the house. As a side note a friend I referred to them had an install issue, when they called, they got a quick response and resolution and are very satisfied with their windows too. Dustin came to our house and answered all our questions, along with providing us with a great a price. The window installers were beyond great and hardworking. They knew exactly what they were doing, working efficiently and quickly. We had LEI replace 20 windows in our home. I would def recommend LEI to others.
