Best Glass Installation in Phoenix AZ

Good overall experience. Koby my salesman did a great job explaining the process. The windows are great quality and came in early. Install was good even thou someone left their boot print on the screen of the window which is kinda annoying when I paid almost 10 grand for everything. I purchased a set of French doors and four windows pricing was fair.

Great experience with this company. The workers arrived right on time and did an excellent job. They worked quickly and were exceptionally clean. Kevin and Roberto were awesome and I highly recommend using this company if you need new windows.

When they say FREE quotes, well, I guess you get what you pay for. They never even bothered to show up for the appointment or call to cancel

Called three times (Twice in one day) to advise them I had the framing completed and was ready for the install. The reply back from tham after two phone calls was you'll hear back from us buy the end of the day. Two days go by and when I finally get to talk to someone (They wanted me to leave another message, was't going to play that game again) they say were waiting to hear when the framing is done, REALLY?.All this after two storms passed through with plastic covering my window hole. Then afterward the window was installed I waiting a WEEK for someone to contact me about Stucco and I never heard anything about drywall. When the Stucco person came out he showed me on his phone where he was just contacted that day, Friday . Needless to say I had to go out and get my own drywall and stucco repairs done since I was tired of not hearing anything from the office. This may not be typical from this company but I can't recommend them after this experience.

Dwayne and Bri at sunny state had nothing less then PHENOMENAL services both on the phone and in person. I called in a crying panic and Bri was so understanding and quick to take care of me with upfront, reasonable pricing. Dwayne showed up to my home a few hours later with nothing short of the same thing. Thank you both so much!

Outstanding! I called these guys when my bedroom window broke, and they had me scheduled for a repair at a very fair price the same day. My technician showed up right on time and was in and out before I knew it. My bedroom window looks amazing and should anything ever break in the future, I will be calling Duarte.

When I first met Greg I jokingly asked him if he wrote his own reviews because they were so good. I will happily add an additional excellent review. Greg and his team do exceptional work. The Infinity by Marvin windows are top notch windows. The Capstone Windows team are even more top notch. I’m not a fan of letting a group strangers into my house, but the Capstone team would be invited to a barbecue! Real professional, punctual, polite, smart…all around really great team. I’d highly recommend Capstone, but I’d also highly recommend the fiber glass framed Infinity by Marvin windows.

We met up with someone from Lifetime at the tent they had set up at the Food Truck Festival last weekend. The process of getting us set up with a consult was very quick. Fast forward just a few days and we were visited by Matt McDougall to look at options.Matt is straight forward, and really listened to what we were looking for and worked to align with our needs and budget. He was thorough, friendly, and consultative. All things considered, he made the difference in our ultimate decision to purchase.Based upon our experience so far, we are in good hands and look forward to our new patio door.

The Lady that answered the phone was very incompetent. I asked to receive an in home consultation, and she tried to give me an estimate over the phone and at the end told me she could be wrong and does not know. I again asked for an in home consultation to get an accurate estimate. She began asking me questions about the installation and what the home was made out of. I am a long haul truck driver, and I didn't make the house so there for I do not know what it is made of. She was really unprofessional and did not do her job well. DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE!

Bought my milgard windows through them and the experience was great . Windows weren’t that far out like other places and also the installation went smooth .

Hired Jeremy because I was referred to him through Jim and Dawn from Home Depot. Jeremy came to remove the shower door and I paid him half of the agreed upon fee. However, when trying to get him to come back and install the new shower door the guy kept rescheduling and he was not proactive with his communication. I'd have to message him to ask what time he was coming and then he would have excuses why he couldn't come that day. Lots of good contractors in Phoenix but this isn't one of them.

Couldn’t be happier with the work that Ricky and Scott did on our shower glass today. The company even pushed to bring up our install date when we let them know the time constraints we were under. I will absolutely go back to them for anything I need in the future.

We had a shower enclosure/door done in our master bath several months ago. The installer did a great job, we're really happy with the product and their price was competitive. I would recommend them to anyone!

Dustin came to our house and answered all our questions, along with providing us with a great a price. The window installers were beyond great and hardworking. They knew exactly what they were doing, working efficiently and quickly. We had LEI replace 20 windows in our home. I would def recommend LEI to others.
