Best Glass Door Installation in Phoenix AZ

Our install crew, led by Jerry, arrived on time as promised. They took every precaution to cover and protect our furniture and our install went as planned but we did have a setback when our sliding patio door , which was not part of the install, was inadvertently shattered. One of the owners, Jayson, contacted me immediately and was quick to apologize and offer a remedy. The window install looks amazing and now I'm looking forward to our new patio door installation. The broken door proved DKW cares about their customers and will do whatever it takes to EARN your business. A great start to a healthy relationship here and would recommend DKW to everyone.

Our house had original windows from the 70s and after surviving a brutally hot summer last year, we decided to pursue new windows. We received quotes from a few big name window companies, and Energy Shield came in significantly lower (and affordable!) prices with highly comparable (if not the same or better) products. The sales ‘pitch’ wasn’t a song and dance like the other companies quoting us- it was straightforward to introduce the products, explain the construction technology, measure our windows, and provide pricing on the spot. They were friendly, genuinely eager to help, and did not use pressure tactics which seems difficult to find these days.

Timeline from order to install was roughly 8 weeks (we were told 8-10, so they were right on target).

They were professional, timely, and respectful of our home, not to mention genuinely kind people. All of their field employees are employed by Energy Shield, which means they follow through on their work! We have several more windows and doors to go and will most certainly be purchasing from Energy Shield.

AZ Valley Windows installed an 8’x9’ full-wall slider for us & it’s absolutely beautiful!!! They were punctual, courteous, timely, respectful of my home & property, and very SKILLED in their trade! I have spent a lot of time looking for a competent helpful window company. True View was the first to be able to help me with a tricky hardware problem (after many calls and visits to other companies). They identified my hardware from a photo, and though they didn't supply it themselves, sent me to the right place to get a replacement. I had a similar situation a month later with a broken dual pane insert. True View identified the product straight away and gave me a very reasonable price on a replacement. This after 2 months of struggling to get the window fixed with a local company. Great helpful people in an industry where good knowledge and service is not universal. Thank you True View.

When I first met Greg I jokingly asked him if he wrote his own reviews because they were so good. I will happily add an additional excellent review. Greg and his team do exceptional work. The Infinity by Marvin windows are top notch windows. The Capstone Windows team are even more top notch. I’m not a fan of letting a group strangers into my house, but the Capstone team would be invited to a barbecue! Real professional, punctual, polite, smart…all around really great team. I’d highly recommend Capstone, but I’d also highly recommend the fiber glass framed Infinity by Marvin windows.

Freelite provided new windows throughout our client's home. We are a general contractor. Freelite was a subcontractor. Their installers are stellar. The lead installer is customer focused and properly trained. They left the jobsite clean. We highly recommend Freelite for new windows for homes.

Eddy and his crew arrived and swiftly began to install them. They were efficient and worked like very well oiled machine. Once installed they made sure no mess was left behind. We purchased 7 windows and a new Arcadia door. In the process of installing the last window the subcontractor left divets in the glass of the Arcadia door. When I called Red Rock I was dismissed and no action was taken on their part to correct the issue. Spend the extra money and stick with a well known company that values it's customers.
