I had 4 windows replaced, going from single pane to double pane. I was super nervous as this was my first real project on my first home and wasn't sure if I selected the right company or product. Well I couldn't be happier with the True View company, I worked with Mike DeMore for the quotes and product choosing and then the crew that did the install. All so amazing, they were all professional and helped explain things when I had questions. I seriously couldn't be happier with my decision to use True View. Thank you for the great experience.

Capstone Windows did a great job replacing 30 year old windows at our two bedroom casita in Scottsdale.

The sales and ordering process was clear and concise - with great recommendations to provide for the optimum value for the replacement windows, sliding doors and treatments.

The crew members were fantastic and took a great deal of time ensuring proper plastic sheeting and protections were in place, and their cleanups at the end of the day were admirable!

The crew’s planning of removal and replacement was excellent and was done such that there was never extensive time where the home was open to the outside (it was 114 degrees out). I was impressed with the safety considerations for the workers as well. Crew lead took great care of his folks.

Capstone went above and beyond on some little items that they didn’t have to do but wanted to make sure that we were pleased with the complete effort. These items were really appreciated.

Freelite has been incredibly good to work with. Every person that I have been in contact with has been professional, courteous, thoughtful of my needs and efficient.
I have now purchased product and services from Freelite twice; once early in 2015 (doors) and once early in 2019 (windows and sky light). Both the product and installation have been top of the line. When requesting the new work in 2019 I asked if some maintenance could be completed on the work from 2015. The maintenance was agreed to and at no cost.
I have the highest regard for Freelite and it's employees.
I strongly suggest them to anyone considering purchase of anything that they sell.

Lei was amazing to work with from start to finish. Our old windows were the original windows when the house was built in '96 and they wouldn't shut and they leaked and a few glass panes were extremely loose! Our windows were made quickly and installed earlier than when they planned. The window contractors that installed them were amazing and even helped me put the blinds back up when they were done knowing my husband didn't have time until the weekend came. We are beyond happy with the windows so far and in az you definitely need triple pane tinted windows!!

Dave has a very likable personality and is well informed. Compared windows side by side to show why RBA has the best quality in Arizona. Windows made specifically to fit my home. Highly recommend if you’re looking to add some top of the line windows to last in the desert!

Do NOT shop any further. I shopped and received quotes from 5 other window businesses and was frustrated with the variance in price and quality. The really scary thing was reading the reviews on those companies, some good and a lot not so good. I just couldn’t commit to any of them. Then I found Imperial Windows & Sunscreens. I met with Ken in sales and was impressed with his knowledge and demeanor. The product was quality but that was not what sold me. The reviews for this business are top of the stars. And so many people can’t be wrong. John the owner called twice to confirm the install date. His install staff was top notch. I can’t thank installer John, Roy, Corey and Chris for a meticulous and respectful installation. I was impressed with the cleanliness that they left. This crew is the best and so appreciated. In fact, after this project, I met with Bob their blinds manager and ordered 5 blinds to compliment my new windows. Because my experience with this company was so outstanding, I am giving them the most stars available. Please give them call.

I have a specialty door handle/set sold by these guys (unknown location of purchase, was a part of a renovation done 5 years ago). An internal hardware piece broke recently. I tried Home Depot 1st, but not luck. I went online to attempt purchasing a replacement, but the website directed me to this local dealer. I decided to walk in, unannounced, to attempt purchasing a replacement. The owner (or someone in charge in the back), decided to 1st check random spare parts in the back prior to my purchase. They indeed had an exact spare I needed and gave it to me free of charge. They did not have to show me this generosity, they could have made me repurchase the entire handle set. Thank you! I will definitely use these guys for any door or window needs in the future.

Had a pretty good overhaul for my recent purchased home. Windows and window treatments came out great. It's definitely helping keep out the hot temperatures.

We had Andersen replace 2 sets of sliding doors. One set is fine. The other must have been installed incorrectly and comes of the track. We have been waiting since October for Andersen to fix. I understand that on occasion things aren’t installed correctly, but it’s inexcusable that it has taken this long to address and still not done. In the end, I think it’s poor quality. Sadly, the customer service is also poor.

I did not end up choosing this company, but I would recommend getting multiple quotes and do some research. Remod AZ had a very nice presentation and appears to be selling very nice high quality windows however I was frustrated with their high pressure sales tactics. For example they originally quoted me $27,000 but were willing to take it down to $20,000 if I could commit that day. It felt like a good deal but I’m glad I didn’t because after a little research on google I found that the product they were charging me over $1,000 per window for should really be less than $500 per window including installation. Any time a company try’s to make you commit without giving you time to do your own research is a red flag for me.
