Best Fiberglass Doors Replacement in Phoenix AZ

Crew showed up little later than we were told, no biggie except it made them stay little later. Guys worked butt off and seemed to take care of my stuff and cause very minimal damage while removing windows (expected). Had what they said was a tougher than normal time removing old windows made whole thing take little more than 10 hours. When I first asked they said finish about 3 or 4 but didn’t until just after 6:30. Hard to schedule family dinner around that. Still not a great big deal but ending up rushing up the finishing work, caulking, cleaning up of windows and outside was not great. Inside home clean up was pretty good.

Asked me to look it over to fix anything prior to leaving, only found little screen damage, received call the next day to schedule repair.

The installers were amazing and the guy who helped me pick a door and get it ordered was also great. But good luck if you ever have to call the office and get stuck with the rudest lady I have had the pleasure to talk to. I am the customer spending a lot of money to this company. Installers were willing to work with me for installation on a day I needed but the lady in the office did not want to work with me, so rude yelling and playing the “ I can’t hear you game” the office manager tried to call 10 mins before they closed with my installation the next day I had talked to them to them enough at this point and was disrespected I just wanted it over. At least the door is beautiful and they did a good job with installation.

Greg and the team at Small Improvements did a great job for us. We had 2 large 8ft x 6ft windows replaced, and wanted something that would look nice and last forever. We researched quite a few different brands and grades of windows, but ultimately decided we were most comfortable with these. We knew it would update the look of our house, but we completely underestimated the impact. We’ve had so many compliments since they’ve been in - our family is amazed.

Overall we’re very happy with our choice. The install went fine, the communication was good. When we’re ready to finish the rest of the windows in the house, we’ll probably be back.

Just had my in home appointment with Richard c in florence he was well dressed showed up on time and was very knowledgeable appreciate all the energy and effort . When I am ready to get my windows done I will be reaching out to him

The installers where awesome, they did Great!
Not the right size, Windows are way to small.
They used plastic 2 “ wide on each side, plus in the Guest room 3” on top and bottom of window, it is a long and narrow window already.
I called a few times, when my rep called back, he said; they could not do more window than the original, they windows are way smaller now.
I wanted for him to come out and look.
He just got upset with me.
I told him, so, I am paying all this money for plastic! They would not even reduce my bill or anything.
People please if you purchase windows and they do not look the right size right away, complain then!

I have a house with a lot of windows and I had gotten a couple of bids already, they had better windows and a better price. The installation went really well too. I would highly recommend getting a quote from them before you buy windows from someone else.

Jason & Michael's crew did our install on 8/20/2020 and they did a wonderful job. They put down protective drop clothes, covered our furniture and electronics, and they even protected our stairs and carpet with plastic as well. They did a great job with the install and picked up after themselves when done. There were 3 items that arrived damaged, but they noted it in the install documents and we've already received a call about getting the replacement items scheduled for install. All in all it was a great experience and I'd recommend Renewal by Andersen to anyone looking replace windows in their home.

DO NOT USE THEM! One of the executives just called me yelling and swearing because I am not happy with the claims results. He informed me customers do not come first.

I am happy with the product but not the service I have received. It has been almost 6 months since the initial install and there is still a cut in the screen for one of the windows and no locks on the screen doors. My project manager is unresponsive and I don't believe the replacements and parts were ordered when he said they were. It should not take 6 months for a screen and a couple locks.

Poor customer service and workmanship. Illumination Window & Door Co. installed replacement patio french doors that were smaller than the old doors. To accommodate the difference in size, they increased the framing around the door rather than install a similar sized or larger doors. They also installed an invisible screen that never worked properly. After installation, I contacted the owner to request an adjustment to the screen. He was always too busy to arrange a time to fix the problem.

Affordable Windows is one of the best contractors I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Even with all the materials shortages going on they have made a concentrated and very successful effort to complete our replacement window job on time and at budget. Communication has been great! We are only part timers in AZ so it has been critical that installation work be sync'ed with us being here. They have succeeded! Prices are fair and the work is top quality. We could not be more pleased.

hey why do your window men touch my mail? they literally brought my mail to me in the middle of them working. pretty sure thats illegal.

We had a few different companies visit us back in July/August 2020. Remod had a good presentation with a light bulb showing heat through the different panes of glass. Which is more than any other company had done. They offered to take $1000 off if we commit with them that day, and we did. We went with the Aztec style dual pane windows and a new french door. The windows come with a double lifetime warranty. So if we no longer have the home the lifetime warranty will transfer over 1 time to the new owner.
The financing paperwork came and we were approved. Our first payment was to be in October.
We've called multiple times to get updates on our order and we keep getting, oh I will have the owner call you back she's out in the field. Or we get, I'll have Anna call you back since you've spoken to her before.
We have never, EVER received a call back. In December I called and explained that it's disappointing that we are never given any updates and no one calls us back at our request. I explained that if there are delays it's fine we understand that things happen but we want to be informed. Yet we are never informed. After I explained this to Anna she said she will right it down and make sure to call us every Tuesday and Thursday which is when they receive deliveries to see if our order arrived.
After a week I called because we never heard back
During that call Anna pushed it back onto the owner for not doing her job and when I countered that she said she would call, she yelled at me that she doesn't need this and hung up on me.
I waited a couple weeks and called again and my girlfriend emailed the owner as well. No apology for the horrific customer service, no apology for the delay, no explanation except various excuses like, the manufacturer has a shortage on tempered glass, we have alot of jobs we are doing right now, we are meeting with the manufacturer and fill you in with an update.....and still we have never received an update. It is now January 8, 2021, 6 months have passed and all we get are excuses, lies, and still no windows (and a door).
My advice is to avoid this company completely.
We don't want them touching our home because if it's this hard to get an update, I can't imagine how difficult it is for them to stand by their warranty and quality of their work.
We are trying to cancel and we are ignored.
Do Not do business with these people!!!!!
