They came to my house. I paid for the project/product. They called and made an install date and time. They called me the next day and canceled the job. They won't answer their office phone. Still trying to get my refund.

Great price, no hidden extras, left the yard better than they found it. Will use for all my upcoming projects, big and small.

He was very focused and cares about his work. He also did a wonderful job cleaning up afterwards. We enjoyed meeting with Blake to discuss our remodeling projects and he offered a variety of great ideas. We spoke with Tamra to schedule our bathtub resurfacing. I was originally referred to Freelite by another window company to replace a large skylight in our home. They did fantastic job! I called them a couple of years later to put in a small skylight in a bathroom. Both installations have been free of water leaks for over ten years now. They use the best materials available and have a knowledgeable, respectful team.

Ordered all new windows and slider in November 2020. We had to call constantly after 60 days to find out the status of our windows. In early February they were finally installed, but all four windows had scratches, dings and nicks on the frames and weren’t sealed properly. The contractor got angry with me because I asked them to correct it. The owner came out and made us promises, and never followed through. They ordered, through our warranty, for new windows in February 2021. We have not heard a word from them since. Now no one will return our phone calls emails or texts. And they expect us to pay for a faulty product. Terrible
