True View Windows is fantastic! I contacted them for a quote on sun screens for a patio door. Just a small job but I was treated like it was a really big job. I spoke with Debbie who sent someone out to measure within a couple of days. They sent a quote immediately and installed a couple of weeks later. Debbie was awesome to work with.

We needed an emergency window replacement after a smashed window. To make matters worse it was an arched window as well as embedded behind stucco. Dwayne did an excellent job,knowledgable, and explained our options well. He skillfully cut the new window onsite, installed in a timely manner, despite the challenge of removing stucco. Highly recommend to everyone.

A neighbor's cat jumps up on the outside sill almost nightly and terrorizes my two cats, who, btw, are sweet and non aggressive. Anyway, last night, bad cat jumped up and hit the glass with such force the window shattered. I Began calling glaziers until one answered, set up an appt, arrived a few minutes before the appt time, and within minutes the glass was replaced. The glazier who did the work was very pleasant, neat, and did an excellent job. Every one, from the gentleman who answered, to the serviceman and the billing process, was professional.
By the time other businesses responded to my message Valleywide had already completed the job. In fact, hours later, I still haven't heard back from two other companies wherei left messages..
Recommend Valleywide Glass; they will be my first and only call in future.

Craig and team were courteous, prompt, reasonably priced, and set realistic expectations on time frames. I love my Anlin windows/sliding glass door. Installation was very well done. I would recommend them to anyone.

We had a custom wood door made and installed and have had problems with it since the beginning. I recently called to get a tech to come out and fix it, and they promised they would call me back to schedule and never did. I waited a week and called back again, and once again was promised that someone would call me back to schedule. Once again, no one called. Called back a third time, and they scheduled me right away, but no apology or even an acknowledgment of the missed commitments. I arranged to go in late to work to make sure I was here for the 7a appointment. At 710a, I get a text letting me know the tech is not coming because they’re sick. The same thing happened a previous time when they came to fix the door. To say it’s been a terrible experience is an understatement. I purchased an expensive custom door so I wouldn’t have to deal with second hand service but unfortunately that’s all we’ve received. It’s a beautiful door and I understand problems can happen, what I don’t understand is the poor service. Don’t recommend this place at all.

Of all the renovations we've done at our two houses, this was the most painless and streamlined event. Everything was on schedule, they completed the entire house in one day, and the installers were meticulous and clean.
As for the windows, I'm very happy with the product especially the screens. Looking out of the windows, it's hard to tell there are screens there at all. Our sales representative, Trent, came back a few days later to check on the work and make sure we were satisfied. We are very happy we decided to go with Renewal by Andersen and would recommend them to anyone.

I shopped around, and can not be more pleased with Imperial Windows & Sunscreens. Great service, price and overall experience. They even submit the SRP rebate for you, as long as you are a current SRP customer. Inside of the house already feels a few degrees cooler. Many thanks to Bob and Kyle.

I had a list of projects that needed to be addressed (hanging exterior window shades, install bathroom exhaust fan, and repairing some mistakes I made, etc). Jonathon G was great!! He was professional, efficient and fixed everything on my list. I am so relieved and grateful.

They have a minimum to buy. This is not a company that you should deal with.

High end windows. 4 stars for the price but 5 for the quality, warranty and 6 stars for customer service!

We had a few different companies visit us back in July/August 2020. Remod had a good presentation with a light bulb showing heat through the different panes of glass. Which is more than any other company had done. They offered to take $1000 off if we commit with them that day, and we did. We went with the Aztec style dual pane windows and a new french door. The windows come with a double lifetime warranty. So if we no longer have the home the lifetime warranty will transfer over 1 time to the new owner.
The financing paperwork came and we were approved. Our first payment was to be in October.
We've called multiple times to get updates on our order and we keep getting, oh I will have the owner call you back she's out in the field. Or we get, I'll have Anna call you back since you've spoken to her before.
We have never, EVER received a call back. In December I called and explained that it's disappointing that we are never given any updates and no one calls us back at our request. I explained that if there are delays it's fine we understand that things happen but we want to be informed. Yet we are never informed. After I explained this to Anna she said she will right it down and make sure to call us every Tuesday and Thursday which is when they receive deliveries to see if our order arrived.
After a week I called because we never heard back
During that call Anna pushed it back onto the owner for not doing her job and when I countered that she said she would call, she yelled at me that she doesn't need this and hung up on me.
I waited a couple weeks and called again and my girlfriend emailed the owner as well. No apology for the horrific customer service, no apology for the delay, no explanation except various excuses like, the manufacturer has a shortage on tempered glass, we have alot of jobs we are doing right now, we are meeting with the manufacturer and fill you in with an update.....and still we have never received an update. It is now January 8, 2021, 6 months have passed and all we get are excuses, lies, and still no windows (and a door).
My advice is to avoid this company completely.
We don't want them touching our home because if it's this hard to get an update, I can't imagine how difficult it is for them to stand by their warranty and quality of their work.
We are trying to cancel and we are ignored.
Do Not do business with these people!!!!!
