Great product and reasonable price. On a negative note though, if you have issues after the installation it can be difficult getting a hold of someone. We have had several leaks and in all cases it was one to two weeks before someone came out (make sure they seal the top of your windows when they install).

The installers were amazing and the guy who helped me pick a door and get it ordered was also great. But good luck if you ever have to call the office and get stuck with the rudest lady I have had the pleasure to talk to. I am the customer spending a lot of money to this company. Installers were willing to work with me for installation on a day I needed but the lady in the office did not want to work with me, so rude yelling and playing the “ I can’t hear you game” the office manager tried to call 10 mins before they closed with my installation the next day I had talked to them to them enough at this point and was disrespected I just wanted it over. At least the door is beautiful and they did a good job with installation.

Not only did they do a fantastic install - I called today for door adjustment and spoke to Celina and she could not have been sweeter, nice and patient. If you aren’t using True View then your missing out ! Great job guys on work and follow through. Wish there were more companies like you. God bless

Darryl and his team are great. They were able to help me with two projects so far. First they replaced a skylight scheduled the project and was able to get it complete all in the same week. The second project was started and took a few weeks for the window to come in. Darryl was spot on with his time estimates as well as keeping me updated when the window was in and ready to be installed. They are great at what they do and I will definitely be using them again as I replace other windows through the house

These guys were OMG AMAZING! I CALLED AT 1000 they had repairs done by 1300. So fast. And so helpful. Will be using them always.

The work was amazing! Very happy with our new windows and sliding glass door. Craig was very responsive, even with our HOA requiring multiple adjustments to the contract. Kris was professional and friendly as he was doing the work. Definitely recommend this company and will use them in the future!

From the start of the process, these folks are awesome.
The consultation was clear and all questions were answered clearly.
The wait time for the windows was perfect and not excessive at all.
Installation was great. The crew kept the work area clean and kept our home in mind when doing their work. protecting the inside and the flooring. The entire install crew was professional and personable.
All refuse and debris was removed as they worked AND when done with the install. Management was very easy to work with and responsive to any and all communications.
I recommend the product, the company and the people that work there very highly.
I believe we made the right choice to go with this company, SI Windows - Phoenix. We will use them again if the need arises.

Jason, Dallin, and Brandon were exceptional though the young man Brandon does not follow directions or the lead of his experienced workers. Brandon cut wood incorrectly a couple of times, he would not truly listen even to Shawn Bazzy. I would truly recommend him to be guided and closely watched as he tends to half listen which leads to mistakes to follow with his attitude when corrected.The respect he could learn from both Jason and Dallin would be a great asset for the next customer. My husband and myself think the product looks great! Thank you for a less stressful install Jason and Dallin and their professional conduct.

Bought these windows and we love then. They look fantastic and they work as advertised to cut down the heat. The install team was super and work was fantastic as well. I would highly recommend this company for windows . Our install lead was Cliff, he and his crew are well worth requesting for your job. Outstanding job by all.

We absolutely love our four pane multi-function patio door!! Anthony was responsive and a pleasure to work with on the business end; Miguel and Ryan did an amazing job of installation. There is good service, there is great service and then there is Tacheny Exterior service!! I worked for an employer whose main focus was client service for 10 years... so I know all about exceptional service. Unfortunately in this world client service is not a focus. That isn’t the case with Tacheny exteriors. They went above and beyond and I couldn’t be happier. Cheers to a dying breed!!

Very pleased with my roof. The crew showed up on time and got the job done as quickly as possible. It looks great and I have had no problems. Was fully informed through the process. They did a great job cleaning up as well.

We worked with Adrian to install a glass shower and replace a window. He was great to work with. He’s responsive and does very good work. I highly recommend him and Riteway.

Trevor, Austin and Chris came out to my home within the timeframe we were advised they would arrive. Trevor greeted me at the door and was very professional. All three guys were professional. My wife said she heard them all singing along to country music at one point during the installation. Windows are working and look great! We couldn't be more pleased with the service provided from the sales presentation to the installation. We will definitely be utilizing Power for future Home Remodeling projects!

Do NOT shop any further. I shopped and received quotes from 5 other window businesses and was frustrated with the variance in price and quality. The really scary thing was reading the reviews on those companies, some good and a lot not so good. I just couldn’t commit to any of them. Then I found Imperial Windows & Sunscreens. I met with Ken in sales and was impressed with his knowledge and demeanor. The product was quality but that was not what sold me. The reviews for this business are top of the stars. And so many people can’t be wrong. John the owner called twice to confirm the install date. His install staff was top notch. I can’t thank installer John, Roy, Corey and Chris for a meticulous and respectful installation. I was impressed with the cleanliness that they left. This crew is the best and so appreciated. In fact, after this project, I met with Bob their blinds manager and ordered 5 blinds to compliment my new windows. Because my experience with this company was so outstanding, I am giving them the most stars available. Please give them call.

Had a pretty good overhaul for my recent purchased home. Windows and window treatments came out great. It's definitely helping keep out the hot temperatures.

Terrible experience and horrible quality with literally ZERO response to our emails and calls.

We ordered and paid the price of a new car for two gray sliders. The crew even had grey caulk/sealant and trim to match the grey doors they were supposed to install.

The doors are 100% brown and look terrible. You can see the brown door vs grey sealant and grey “trim” in the pictures, against the two shades of grey in our house DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will extract money and literally never call you back.

This company is awful and do not provide quality customer service.
