I contacted Valleywide Glass at 8pm about a broken window I had on the front of my house and they had a new one installed by 12pm the next day. Alric and Michael were awesome to work with and really appreciated their service!

Excellent service at a fair price

Very friendly staff and easy to schedule. Results are exactly what we wanted at a good price. Unfortunately something went wrong the first time someone came to measure and the first install crew was unable to put our shower glass in. This delayed the process by a few weeks, but otherwise a good experience.

The installers where awesome, they did Great!
Not the right size, Windows are way to small.
They used plastic 2 “ wide on each side, plus in the Guest room 3” on top and bottom of window, it is a long and narrow window already.
I called a few times, when my rep called back, he said; they could not do more window than the original, they windows are way smaller now.
I wanted for him to come out and look.
He just got upset with me.
I told him, so, I am paying all this money for plastic! They would not even reduce my bill or anything.
People please if you purchase windows and they do not look the right size right away, complain then!

Renewal by Anderson is the best. I was so impressed with the delivery/installation crew. They were on time, polite, friendly, accommodating and absolutely a pleasure to work with! Not only were they polite and respectful with us, but with each other as well. I was impressed with how well they worked together and got the job done quickly and thoroughly. SafePro made the process of repairing my windshield and going through my insurance really simple. They came and made the repair while I was at work, so I did not have to find extra time in my schedule or go out of my way to get the work done. Also, they helped me contact the insurance company and get the claim handled quickly with $0 out of pocket. I am very happy the the quality of the work and the service provided by the installer.

I had to reschedule so many times I was sure these guys would tell me to step off! I called to apologize after they waited on me for over a month! Should be zero stars. Dishonest company. 3 estimates that kept increasing the price. No communication. Didn't deliver when promised. Warning. Do not use this company.
