Amazing business. Got front windows and French door put in at my house and they came out stunning. Great customer service and communication, and we’re very helpful with everything.

The power window drivers side had suddenly stop working and wouldn't come up after being opened. I called Power Window Repair later in the day and received a return call the following day. They informed me that if I had the originally OEM parts that my estimate could be as much as $30 less than quoted. I arranged for an appointment that day and met the technician at my workplace. The repair took no more than 30 minutes!!! I work for a major corporation that employs close to 9,000 employees in the Phoenix area. I would highly recommend their services based upon highly competitive pricing, 1 year warranty on repair, and integrity.

It's rare to find customer service anymore, but if you call Dependable Glass for help, you are blessed if Sylvia answers the phone. She was smart, asked the right questions to help me make an informed decision, friendly, with a great sense of humor. I wish every company had people like Sylvia. Very efficient, quality service, handling the entire process with insurance and scheduling.

So far so good. Ordered new patio door, picture windows and another window over our entry door which came to 1/3 the cost of the other quotes. I will update this rating after installation is complete.
Update, windows came in about 8 weeks early and we are very pleased with them. Due to my lack of knowledge about windows I did not realize the best insulator is vinyl and we think standing outside our home it looks like one of those window ads with the pretty windows. Saving now for the next group of windows to be replaced. And yes, they do a great job of insulating from the cold.

Originally we ordered the new windows because they seal out dust and pollution. Now we understand that they do far more than that. The E4 glass helps keep things cool in the house and has put a big dent in our summer electric bill. We also have noticed how much quieter the house is. We can barely hear anything outside. The cost is significant, but so are the advantages. We'd do it again in a minute.

I had my windshield fixed recently, and it was as easy as it gets. They come to you and fix it while you are doing what you need to do. Then, they pack everything up, take your payment, and they are on their way. It's pretty simple. Nice that they can come to you when you are busy. I'll be using them again the next time.

My order was not what I expected. The two larger windows were not openable. The locksets were passage handles only. No locks. Doors were excellent but when all was delivered I was shocked that there was no installation. Had to get an independent contractor in to do that. Also got proper locks from Home Depot and we installed those ourselves. I prefer to work with local small businesses but things like this are making it difficult.

Sevy and his team at A Pro Windows and Doors have again done a great job sealing my doors and windows at home. When others wanted to sell me new windows, he was honest, explained the problem, and fixed the problems quickly and inexpensively. I have used Sevy's services many times over the years and have never had a problem whether it was my house or my commercial building, or my RV. I have not found a problem that he couldn't handle. Working with John was awesome! I was commuting between Phoenix and Charlotte, NC during the time I was doing my research and having the work done and John was great about keeping in touch with me throughout the entire process.

Initially I was looking to replace my front doorsand my slider, but on John's first visit he noticed that my front doors were still in pretty good shape and suggested I look into having them refurbished rather than replaced, even though this meant the lose of a sale for him! He was even able to refer me to someone who was able to do the job!

John did replace my sliding glass doors with french doors and I also had him replace one of my windows while he was there. Both the products and the work provided were excellent! They were very neat and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left.

I will definitely be recommending Imperial Windows to my friends and will most likely be having them replace some additional windows in the future.
