CUSTOMER SERVICE US NOT DEAD at Desert King Windows. I want to truly thank Jayson, president of Desert King Windows for helping resolve an install issue that took place back on the 1st of June. The crew that was sent out to install our 7 windows ran into a major issue and I needed immediate attention by Desert King Windows. Who calls me but the owner of the company. When does that ever happen? Let alone someone who cares and with knowledge to solve the problem, ever calls you back. Jayson resolved the situation with that crew and sent out a new crew first thing the next morning. All windows installed correctly by noon, AND WE LOVE THEM. Jayson even helped us with the overall price and graciously waited for payments when we were ready to pay in full. The windows have placed the 3 front rooms back in enjoyable comfort for the first time in 10+ years. I can't say enough about Jayson and his help resolving a difficult beginning. We are looking forward to adding more windows to our 35+ year old house and the great comfort that will be enjoyed for many years. Not to mention the increase value to our house. Thank you Jayson. After a error in manufacturing the branch recognised the error and fixed it. It just took an additional two months.

I used this company a about a year ago to install new windows and doors on the entire west side of my home in Scottsdale. They were very reliable and efficient as well as a good value.

In the future if I need additional home improvements that they provide, I will not hesitate to
use them again and/or recommend them to others.

Not only fixed my broken bay window but changed out the rollers on my patio door. Work was awesome and even better than I thought. I am so grateful to them. I'm very happy with the results.

The installation was fantastic! I am very happy with windows, they were just installed today! I must say that I was told the window install would happen within 10 weeks, THAT DID NOT HAPPEN!!! Yes they were installed almost 8 weeks after the original wait time !! I am not impressed with k&j because their only excuse was that it was manufacturer delays! The will not get the chance to do the other half of my house! My contract was with K& J, and all they did was blame on the manufacturer. BEWARE!

During our first summer in our home several of the rooms were hot boxes! After some research and going to Home shows and street fairs we met and talked to Greg Johnson from Infinity from Marvin.
After talking to him and checking ratings, we had 3 large windows and 2 extra large sliding doors installed in phase one. We absolutely love our new windows and doors! The hot box rooms are no more!!! The installation was quick and the guys knew what they were doing. We are now looking at phase 2 and plan to have 4 more windows installed. Thanks Greg!

The gentlemen that installed the widows were professional, updated us, knew what they were doing! Our windows look great, can feel the difference with heat staying outside and reduced noise from outside. Love them!

Chip Marvin and his crew at Freelite were a pleasure to work with. Dealing with Angel, Tiffany and Lori was very enjoyable and they never allowed the light atmosphere they created to overshadow their professionalism.

Our new front door and security screen door were beautifully manufactured. Though we had a few bumps during the process (scratched surfaces, ill fitting jam, an unavoidable delay of installation), in the end, every situation was handled responsibly, in a timely manner, and to our satisfaction.

Jason was fantastic - professional and genuinely nice and didn't try to sell more than what I needed. My screens were falling apart, and he put in new security screens that I absolutely love. They look great, and it was such an easy experience. I'll definitely call them for anything I need in the future, and I'd recommend them to anyone.
