Best Custom Windows in Phoenix AZ

We were very satisfied with Desert King Windows from the estimate by Frank Johnson to the install by Christopher Garcia and Mikel. They covered all areas; installed new windows carefully and professionally; and cleaned up after the job was completed.

We had three sliders installed including one with a built in doggy door, which was a big selling point for us. Price was comparable or better than other quotes we received and the install went great. Would recommend.

In this day and age it seems like great service has all but gone away, but not with this company. From beginning to end they were a pleasure to work with. They came out to my house and did a free consultation and helped me decide on the best replacement windows (7 of them) for my house, knowing that I was working with a budget. They guy who did the estimate was awesome and he even put up with my dog that wouldn't stop barking at him. I thought all windows were pretty much the same but he took the time to educate me on the different types of windows which I really appreciated and stayed within my budget, but I still got quality windows that are huge upgrade from what I had. From the initial in-home consultation, to the windows being installed they followed through on everything they said they were going to and did a fantastic job. I would recommend them to anyone looking for replacement windows in Phoenix.

Had a small basement egress window replaced and everything was great. Called/emailed before arrival, everything was on time and as expected. Convenient, cost effective. Everyone we dealt with was awesome, Brandon the installer, Julie the coordinator... No complaints, definitely recommend for window replacement, big or small.

We needed the glass in a large living room window replaced and called several other window companies for estimates. Those vendors said they would not replace window glass only but needed to replace the entire window. DWayne at Sunny State glass came out, and confirmed he could replace the glass.
Ten days later the glass was ready and the the installation occurred the following day. My husband and I were impressed by the professional and timely service and would recommend Sunny State Glass to anyone wanting a reasonably priced, competent vendor.

We are a licensed general contractor and after being duped by another less reputable company I found valley wide glass and they are by far the best glass and window company I have had the pleasure to work with. Their staff is highly knowledgeable and incredibly professional. I highly recommend valley wide glass and will not go any where else in the valley!

I had them replace our sliding glass door and they were friendly, on time and very professional I will definitely be using then again.

I cannot put enough emphasis on how very pleased we are with K & J Windows. We do our homework and had multiple companies show us their products and give us estimates. The salesperson Tony was not high pressure and very informative. The office staff was consistently friendly and helpful. To top it off we had the greatest crew of installers that we've ever dealt with! Mike, Nick and AJ were polite, professional, respectful of our home and belongings by making sure there were drop cloths on the floor and plastic covering furniture, and did not leave the job until they knew we were 100% satisfied. The product we went with has an excellent warranty and K & J says they stand behind their work. I have no doubt that is true. PS I didn't even want to get new windows, it was my husbands idea and now that they are in, I have no regrets. The noise reduction alone is worth every penny.

SI did a fantastic job! We were first introduced to SI through a we home show in phoenix. The gal at the booth was knowledgeable and friendly. She put us in touch with Greg Johnson who did a tremendous job explaining the details and advantages of new windows all the way through the process to install the window. Every phase of our new window installation process was seamless from the sales to the installation. The installation crew was professional and extremely respectful of our home. Dave the installation manager was very professional and kept us informed on each stage of the installation process. On a side note we had 29 beautiful windows and a slider installed. It took the crew about a week, very impressed. Some of our windows are very large and up high...not easy to get to. We highly recommend SI for your beautiful new window.

Excellent customer service

Don't do it - not this company. Got estimate for whole house windows but liked a different companies windows better. Bought Lifetime Slider doors. Salesman was very helpful and attentive. Totally different story after they got the order and our money. Follow up is horrible - no communication, doesn't return calls or emails. Got the doors long after they were promised. Once we got them, there was an issue with the seal and we weren't happy with the product. After repeatedly calling and leaving messages, the manager finally came out and agreed that the glass should be replaced, and that he would make it right but that he'd have to go through the motions with the manufacturer. The screen doors were also very hard to operate and we were promised new screen doors. He claimed to be the new sheriff in town and he was going to do things right by his customers (even if he had to absorb the cost), so things would go better on his watch! Well, someone came out and replaced the seal, (helped a little bit) but they refused to replace the glass or the doors. Oh and the new sheriff still hasn't replaced the screen doors. It's been about 9 months. Would not recommend this company.

I have used Superior Glass several times. They are skilled, knowledgeable and quick. The quality of their product and installation is impressive and it was affordable as well. I would recommend Brent to anyone who needs glass or windows for their home or office.

We bought our house a couple years ago and had some of the windows replaced but not all. When it came to replacing the rest of the windows, we decided to go with Krasiva Windows because they gave us the best deal for good windows. The installation team was professional and cleaned up after themselves every day. They even had to make some adjustments due to them using the existing frames of the old windows. The team was great from start to finish. Highly recommend.

The window regulator was replaced. Good job however grease was left on the outside of our car door. Should have been cleaned off by the technician.

Freelite carries excellent products and great installation. Their finish work is much better than most contractors.

When I got to work we discovered that a window had been damaged. I called Red Rock Windows and Doors to come to my office building. I requested for someone to give me an estimate for the window that needed to be replaced. Thomas answered my call and was very polite and professional. He answered all of my questions and concerns about replacing the window.
I told him about another issue that we had, there was dirt entering a suite from under a window. Thomas checked the other windows in question and immediately told me that my seals on the bottom of the windows were not there. He was able to come up with a solution to fix it . He was able to provide a quote, ordered the window, and scheduled an appointment with no hassle. I did not feel pressure to use Red Rock Windows and Doors and the price quote was very acceptable. I saw the effort and respect that was given to the office staff and other tenants that are sharing the building. I hired this company not just for the customer service that I was receiving, but the quality of product that was offered. The window installer was prompt, polite, introduced himself and his assistant. They were able to complete the install and re-sealing 20 windows in the time frame that was given. After the work was completed the gentlemen came into my suite and stated that the job had been completed. This was a very pleasant experience.

My homebuilder uses them to install bathroom mirrors and accessories (towel rods, toilet paper holders, etc). They weren't able to install them prior to us closing on the home and it's been a nightmare getting them to come back. First time they came the master bath mirror was cut wrong so they couldn't install. One of the installation crew stole my neighbors dog that day and refused to admit it until he was told there was video evidence of it. He left to bring the dog back and then they haven't been back.. no showing 3 appointments (12-4pm windows) now with no apology or call to reschedule. I called to verify they were coming today and was told yes but again - no show. Save yourself a headache and avoid this company!

Had our windows replaced with triple panes. What an amazing difference!! The staff are professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend this company hands down! Great job!
