We needed to replace an irregular octogonal skylight. Freelite provided us with a custom solution that they installed without any problem. All that for what I consider to be a very reasonable price. I would recommend them without any reticence.

I just had all of my windows replaced by LEI. Everyone I spoke to was professional, kind, and informative. The actual installation was efficient and seamless, the guys didn't leave any trace that they'd been here aside from my beautiful new windows.
We've had the windows for over a week now, and have noticed a huge difference in the heat surrounding the window area, there isn't any! I'm looking forward to enjoying these windows all summer, and for years to come.

I had Universal Glass replace the windshield for my Sequoia. I couldn't believe how accommodating they were with my schedule. When I said I only had an hour window on a specific day of the week, they said they could have a technician there and make the replacement within that time frame. Their billing went through the insurance company and it was replaced without any headaches. It was a flawless experience and I highly recommend Universal Glass!

DreamStyle Code: AZLB21-1445:When it came time to update the showers in our 1960's Tempe home, we looked at various ways to do so (tile, fiberglass, acrylic) and spoke w/several representatives of each. Estimates for all 3 materials came out to about 8k - 10k per bathroom and we ultimately decided acrylic was the best choice for longevity, cost, appearance.Our Dreamstyle rep. Jason Tate sold us on the whole package of why-we-should-do-acrylic and the various styles/choices available. Scott Whitmore was our project manager and was always available to answer questions and communicate w/us what was happening next. Between the first and second bathroom, the project took about 5 months to complete, but that was due to material supply issues, which we've all dealt with.Our installer was Eugene Urbanski and Brandon. Both were fantastic! Respectful of our home, polite, quiet, efficient, and cleaned up beautifully when they left. Eugene has some mad skills in all areas: demo, cutting materials to fit, plumbing, and install. He was always available to answer questions and offer tips/options that were available to us. Both men were professional and take pride in what they do - exactly what you want/hope for every time you have someone in your home doing any kind of work.Our two new showers are bright and beautiful and will last us for decades. I locked myself out of my workshop outback, before I gave it too much thought I tried to pick the lock myself using YouTube tutorials, and ended up breaking the window to get in. Then I realized just how extensively I had damaged the lock and window by breaking in. I was so sure I'd be paying a bunch of money to a locksmith and glass repair company to get them fixed, that when my brother told me about a shop that did both I was so relieved. I thought it'd cost an arm and a leg to get them done separately so I figured if I could save one or the other by using a2z service pros, I then it'd worth it.

Let me just say that the technician was very kind and didn't even laugh, (despite a hilarious situation) and got the window fixed and the lock replaced in no time. I barely felt a dent in my wallet and I will be contacting them anytime I need handyman! They really do provide services from A to Z!

Preferred Home did an excellant install on 7 windows at my home. They masked inside the home to prevent dust from coming inside . The work was professional with attention to detail and pride in workmanship. I would highly recommend them.

Greg of Handyman Connections replaced our small garage side door with a standard sized one.
To do so, he had to remove the studs around the old door to make room for the larger one.
He had to purchase a suitable door and then installed it. It took him longer than expected but the job was perfectly done.
When there was a minor problem, he returned right away and corrected it.

We would highly recommend this company. They can do the job right.

Sears Home Improvement Windows & Doors first major installment was a disaster from day one... and continued to be that way months later! There were many things not done correctly including damage to my wall and floors, and a door lock that didn't work because it wasn't installed properly. Sears was horrible about fixing these numerous problems. When I requested another installer to inspect the job they sent me someone that had no experience at installing so errors in workmanship were not caught or corrected. When I had my 2nd/last installation the new company found another problem that I didn't know about (the patio doors weren't properly sealed) and after my repoting it... they corrected this other installation company's mistake. I still have no idea if there are other installation problems because no one has inspected the first installation. (NOTE : The second installation company Sears hired for my last patio door was excellent.)

I signed with them and had to cancel which was within the 3 day cancellation window as allowed, but they never returned my 50% ($2,400) deposit. I’m an older woman living on a single income and they took $2400 from me for absolutely nothing. I honestly don’t know how they sleep at night doing business like that. They gave me the run around for months instead. It’s like Tammy Robinson likes to play with people. Beware.
