Easy to work with payment by check or credit card. I checked with other companies and Vision is a lower price everything included. Dual pane and extra locks with screens. No mess when finished. He took the old windows and frames with him! I had the advantage of seeing Chris install windows in another home in Apache County AZ so I know his work is professionally done.

I just had a project done replacing my windows around my house. To start, I have to say that I think Marvin Infinity windows are the best out there when it comes to durability/pricing (after reviewing basically every window on the market). I worked with Greg Johnson, and from start to finish...very through! First, he’s not your typical salesman as he’s more into building relationships through communication, and getting completed what’s most important to you on your project. Installation was great and Kenny made sure everything was done in timely manner, cleaned up and you could barely tell anyone had been there for a major upgrade. Nice to know if I need anything, I can always call on Greg or Kenny. I’m sure these windows will last me a lifetime, and I’ll be referring them over to family/friends. Nice work guys!!

Good price Great workmanship on time professional service. Cannot stress how pleased I am. I did not discover them until after I ordered some windows elsewhere. They have delivered and installed before the other company and I ordered after the other company. I have an automatic skylight and 14 windows installed. 90 percent complete in one day. They will finish up tomorrow.

Every experience dealing with a reputable company is remembered and appreciated. Our window problem was a smaller job, but still needed an experienced pro to get done correctly. Jason from Econ Windows came by, diagnosed the issues and fixed the window perfectly.
He was able to secure the parts for the older window quickly and kept his promise to make it right asap. All for a very fair price.
I highly recommend Econ Windows for your next project. I'm glad to have met Jason, and I'll know where to turn when these old windows can't tolerate another Arizona summer.

Finished product very nice but nothing but headaches. Cracked tub, measured wrong, extra three weeks without a shower made it very inconvenient for our family.

I am impressed overall with the windows I received from Window World. The install crew were efficient and timely. I appreciated how they took pride in making sure my house was clean of their debris. I am disappointed in the fact I was mislead when it came to tax credit I was advised I could claim. When I purchased the windows, the salesman made it a point to let me know that I could get a tax credit with their energy efficient windows. I purchased my windows July 2018 and had them installed September 2018. Come to find out while filing my taxes this year, this tax credit was eliminated in 2017. Our tax person advised companies were made aware of this, but still continue to promote this so called tax credit. I think it would be best to educate your sales reps to make sure they understand this is no longer an added perk when purchasing new windows. I understand you don't buy/upgrade to energy efficient products for the tax credit/write off, but I don't appreciate being provided inaccurate information.

We have been very pleased with the LEI Window team. Our sales person Brennen was great to work with and Dustin Barron has stepped in to help answer any questions and concerns we had in the beginning. We had previously worked with another window company, however LEI's quote was significantly less, and so it was much easier to finish our project. The install went very smoothly, and the team was very friendly. So far we can tell a big difference in outside noise reduction. We are hoping to see reduction in AC costs next summer. I am also hoping that with the sealing around the windows, we will have less dust. We enjoy having the windows open, now that it is cooling down (they are very easy to operated). I recommend this company and thank you for working with all my questions.

Had a great experience with this company and specifically with Tyrone. He drove across town the day I put my request in to take a look at our issue. He was very quick to give me an estimate and get the work done. Tyrone kept in communication with me the whole way, letting me know what was coming and when. The price beat everyone else, and the quality was both in the product and the service. Very highly recommend!

Dan Hartnett in Sales was outstanding with information, details and coordination. Always stayed in touch and stopped by each install date to check in. Nick Ahmann, Lead Installer and his (3) man crew were just fantastic! They all worked SO smoothly and professionally together, great customer service, sense of humor, polite, etc. Very, very pleased!

The window install is finished and the final results are satisfactory. The installation went OK, but Lasting Impressions ran short of workers during the process and a few days there were not enough people to perform some of the heavy lifting. Removal of the old windows left more of gap in the old stucco on the outside that I was hoping, but the old windows were installed in a manner may have contributed to that. The crew did an OK job repairing the stucco and sealing the gap, though ... so all is well in the end.

There was more dust raised than I hoped. The crew did place plastic around the window opening during the phase where they made some cuts, but still a lot of dust. On the inside wood floors, the crew did not place enough protective coverings down and some minor scratches and foot traffic with caulking compound were evident on the wood floors ... but, we were able to clean it up OK. But the crew could have done a better job placing protective covering down.

Overall, Lasting Impressions provided a good price for the windows and with the exception of taking longer to do the install than originally estimated (due to manpower shortages), the experience was good. With a bit more care protecting flooring, I would raise the rating a notch.
