Our salesman Jim was fantastic. No pressure, just knowledgeable and professional. The installation was smooth and on time. We had to have a window replaced and Mike was great, so professional and customer service centered. I highly recommend Desert King!

The windows and Sliding door are amazing. They totally transformed my dining area. The room is cooler now even with all the glass in the room. The installers were wonderful. AMAZING!! Nothing less than AMAZING! I have a 130 year old home with original window frames and Lou was diligent in maintaining the integrity of the original window frame AND ... he took some time to teach me about the intricacies of my window frame. Equally important was the fact that he didn't flinch when my 180 lb. great dane barked and barked and barked at him. Lou took the time to let my big boy get to know him and by the second time Lou walked in my front door, my dog was done barking at him ... I've dated dudes that have not been able to accomplish this with my boy in less than a year. LOU ROCKS THE PLANET and I am grateful for the remarkable service!

Duane answered the phone immediately and scheduled me a next day appointment. The next day, he arrived exactly on time and replaced my window in expert fashion. He swept-up and left everything clean and tidy. What a nice guy. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I called Duarte glass yesterday and literally the next day -today- they were at my house getting it done and in less than 30 mins. They were very responsive and were able to communicate prices with me. Other companies I called wouldn’t even give me a quote even with pictures.

Very easy. They were very accommodating. I couldn’t pick up the phone for any of my interactions and so they quoted, arranged a time for the appt to come to my house, discussed options, and even alerted me when they arrived all via text. Fixed the car while I continued to work and then they were done. I only needed to bring the keys and pay the bill. We needed to replace an irregular octogonal skylight. Freelite provided us with a custom solution that they installed without any problem. All that for what I consider to be a very reasonable price. I would recommend them without any reticence.

Great service and sexy installers sexy ? ?

I had LEI Home Enhancements of Arizona update the windows on my house that were old and tired from when the house was built over 20 years ago.
Dustin was great to work with and sold me on energy efficient windows. I wasn't able to complete the whole home at once, and spread out the replacement to two projects.
During the original installation of my first round of windows, one window had visible damage, and two more were warped. The installation crew had already ordered a replacement for the damaged window, and upon showing the crew the difficulty closing and locking the warped windows, replacements for those were ordered as well.
The replacement windows for the damaged products were just installed, and they look, and function great!
I already have the second round of replacement windows, and sliding glass door on order. The only downside is waiting the approximate six weeks for the windows to come in.
I have never looked forward to summer in Arizona, but this year should be more tolerable with these new windows from LEI Home Enhancements of Arizona!
