Best Custom Replacement Windows in Phoenix AZ

We purchased a 20 year old home in north Scottsdale in Sept. the windows were all in need of replacement. We called Desert King and made an appointment. Jim P. Came out on time . He made a very thorough presentation, was not pushy at all. He gave us a very fair estimate to replace all our windows including a sliding door. We replaced all the windows over a 5 month period. James who was in charge of measuring and scheduling was a pleasure to deal with. All three crews were hardworking and cleaned up afterwards. We had an issue with one of the larger windows and James had someone out to reinstall it with no issues. All in all we are very satisfied with this company. And would recommend them without hesitation. Oh and they didn't charge a dime until after the windows were installed and we were satisfied.

It started with Cody. He was professional and explained all of our options in a low pressure environment. Once we decided to go with K & J, they never disappointed throughout the project. The team kept us informed during the ordering stage. Once the windows arrived, they kept their word on the installation start and completion times. The installation team of Nick, Solo, Carlos, Scott, Gary, and Pepe were unbelievable. They were on time every day. At the end of each day, we came home to clean house. They even let our dog out during the day.

We kept waiting the bad news to start with a project of this size. It never did. They exceeded all of our expectations.

It was nice to have Robert and Eric there because they replacemed our back of the house windows prior and was familiar with job. Each step of the process was painless and straightforward, from the ordering to the installation days. The installation crew was polite and accommodating of our rotating menagerie of pets and children and left everything cleaned up each day. Their prices were competitive, their service was unbeatable, and the windows were ready and installed well before their projected timeline.

VERY pleased with the service Jason has provided. I needed an emergency window replaced for my business and Jason was able to board it up immediately. Bought my milgard windows through them and the experience was great . Windows weren’t that far out like other places and also the installation went smooth .

We moved into our house the 7th of June, Hot! All the windows rattled all the time, single panes, aluminum frames. Our 1st SRP electric bill was $388. A full month after window installation our bill dropped to $209. All installers were great. Cleaned up after install, including taking away the metal wrought iron we requested be removed from over the windows. Leo the owner has verified we are happy with our windows and sliding patio door. We prefer family owned and operated businesses. We highly recommend LJ Neal and sons. Definitely worth the cost.

My tile/shower guy has used them for a number of years as his glass company to go with on showers. I as a general contractor always have trusted my guy to get it done which he always has. I have also referred clatyon glass to anyone contractor or homeowner asking for a solid referral. I finally give them a call myself because my tile guy is running behind on work and am told I am not on there current list of contractor and they won't deal with me right now. I am told they are not taking on new contractors which I am not I try to explain the situation and it is obvious they frankly don't care. It doesn't matter I was told unfortunately I am not in the system BUT if my tile guy calls they will deal with him when they have the time. It is unfortunate they do good work but apparently when times are good they don't care about the little guy is how I took it even though behind the scenes I have been dealing with them for years.

Very good customer service. Everything was delivered the way it was promised! Our windows are great!
