Best Commercial Residential in Phoenix AZ

We have used True View Windows & Glass as a Contractor for small items. While we do not have Very large projects that would give them thousands of dollars we feel that the level of services should not be cheated. True View gave us a 5 hour window and did not call to let us know they were going to be late for the job. We were told that the tech could fix the glass onsite as this is a double pane window with grid. The tech arrived told us the price which was OUTRAGEOUS in price. Not only that we were told it would be 10 to 14 days for the replacement section. The price they gave us we could have orderded a brand new entire window for less! We told them that what the deal was before they even came out! Someone could have taken 10 min to come by and do this instead of giving a 5 hour window then telling us they were on their way 2.5 hours into the window then not showing up until 45 min after the window with no call! The managment was quick to blame us and was not willing to take any responsability. It is important to takecare of your customers regaurdless of how much they spend as we all are just as vital as the next. We feel True View Let us down and is not willing to make things right. We will NEVER recommend them again or use them with our clients. Very poor customer service!!

Dwayne is the man. Matched the price for me from the competitors, helped me out with a temporary fix before the main piece arrived, installed everything faster than expected. Great service. Not many businesses like that anymore left. Thank you

Had a window screen and rollers replaced on my sliding glass door by the Superior Replacement Windows team. Great price and very professional work.

We had a custom wood door made and installed and have had problems with it since the beginning. I recently called to get a tech to come out and fix it, and they promised they would call me back to schedule and never did. I waited a week and called back again, and once again was promised that someone would call me back to schedule. Once again, no one called. Called back a third time, and they scheduled me right away, but no apology or even an acknowledgment of the missed commitments. I arranged to go in late to work to make sure I was here for the 7a appointment. At 710a, I get a text letting me know the tech is not coming because they’re sick. The same thing happened a previous time when they came to fix the door. To say it’s been a terrible experience is an understatement. I purchased an expensive custom door so I wouldn’t have to deal with second hand service but unfortunately that’s all we’ve received. It’s a beautiful door and I understand problems can happen, what I don’t understand is the poor service. Don’t recommend this place at all.

Technician contacted me and kept me posted on his time of arrival. Windshield was replaced quickly and efficiently. Even moved my car back into the garage for me.

No one answered the phone or got back to me after leaving a message

My homebuilder uses them to install bathroom mirrors and accessories (towel rods, toilet paper holders, etc). They weren't able to install them prior to us closing on the home and it's been a nightmare getting them to come back. First time they came the master bath mirror was cut wrong so they couldn't install. One of the installation crew stole my neighbors dog that day and refused to admit it until he was told there was video evidence of it. He left to bring the dog back and then they haven't been back.. no showing 3 appointments (12-4pm windows) now with no apology or call to reschedule. I called to verify they were coming today and was told yes but again - no show. Save yourself a headache and avoid this company!

Went in on a Saturday morning to get a few pieces of window glass (12x18). The guy at the counter seemed bored. He asked me when I needed them, and I answered how soon can you have them ready? He told me by the end of next week.I told him I'll find another shop and left. He again looked bored and said nothing.I won't ever go there again.

I recently remodeled our master bathroom. I called several companies to get quotes for the shower glass enclosure. Phil is the only one who came to the house to assess the job and give a quote. Others wanted 1/2 down to show up or I had to go visit their showroom. Phil's prices were reasonable compared to other companies with quotes I got over the phone. Phil is an Army Vet and I'm a Navy Vet. It's his personality, respect, other positive reviews and veteran status as to why I chose Stellar Glass. Phil came out and explained what would work given the small size of the bathroom. The new glass from the manufacture, a local company, had some defects originally and Phil rejected it. He called me to explain what happened vs. just installing it and moving on. He always kept me abreast of the status. Phil also found a towel bar that matched the look and feel of the bathroom which was important. He worked with me on the install date and time since I work 5 days a week. He was kind, courteous and provided excellent service. The completed project exceeded my expectations.

Justin and Clayton assisted me with fixing my front windshield. The two of them were very pleasant, knowledgeable and time efficient. They were a pleasure to work with and I would gladly recommend them to any one else in the valley that has a broken/damaged glassware!

Best glass company

Tacheny Exteriors is the best! They recently helped us with a whole new roof, roofing project. They were right on time, always kept us up-to-date and extremely professional. They even helped us negotiate with our insurance company, which was a nightmare. Big thanks to Brittanie on that major feat!
