Alex with Copper State Pest Management did a wonderful job addressing an outdoor infestation I had of springtails (tiny bugs) throughout the perimeter of my home! I was going out of town the next week and desperate for assistance before I left, and I spoke with Alex and he said he could come over within two hours for an inspection. He arrived in a timely fashion and let me know what was going on, and how these bugs needed to be addressed. For an affordable fee he said he could do the outside and inside that day, and I said yes. Alex was very understanding in answering all of my questions about the safety of the pest spray (I have animals and wanted total safety). He was prompt, pleasant, and went above and beyond to make sure both the front and back yards, garage, and indoor window frames were sprayed safely and effectively to address the springtail infestation. A month later, all is well! Alex and Copper State Pest Management will be who I use from now on for any issues of this nature that may arise in the future.

Been with this company about 6 months now and have yet to see a love bug or scorpion around the house. We were with another company before and had to switch because we were seeing scorpions at least once a month, in shoes, the hallway, and even the shower! So I highly recommend Insectek because they keep scorpions away and are always courteous, friendly, and professional! A different company came to my door last week offering to help us switch to their services and I said absolutely not. Insectek is great and we won't be leaving them any time soon.

I had a great experience with this service. Termite activity was noticed when kitchen cabinets were removed at the start of our remodel. They were able to get someone out the next week to inspect and treat prior to the delivery of our new cabinets. Miguel came out to do the inspection and treat the whole property. He worked quickly and efficiently and explained the treatment plan thoroughly. I will definitely use them again, though hopefully I won't need them again for termites.

The company stands behind their service. My technician, Paul, was stellar.

I genuinely suggest to stay away from this business. I was told at the time of signing the contract on how best they provide their service, but in reality they sent a kid who is inexperienced and doesn't know what to do and was rushing through the service. I called them to close my account even if it means i have to pay the contract termination penalty as I need peace of mind by closing my account with them and cut down my future expenses for the inferior services. If there is a zero star rating, i would have opted that.

NO. Don't recommend. Poor inspection. Didn't look in hidden, less accessible locations. I still have the exact problem that I hired them to fix and they won't come to correct it unless I pay more money.

As a business owner I would recommend this company for there professional service techs and honest work. We needed a generalized pest control inspection and service. Ambassador was prompt and efficient.

We have used this family owned company for monthly indoor and outdoor services since we moved into our home in Scottsdale years ago to battle a scorpion issue. The staff and services they provide exceed all expectations we had. They go above and beyond to accommodate for our needs. Many times we needed to reschedule our service dates and they were always happy to reschedule. They are incredibly professional, take their time, are respectful of our home and personal space, and the cost is very fair. They boot up before they come inside and always inquire about any insect issues we have experienced (if any) so they can address them. Scott, Jessie and Vickie have been a pleasure to work with. I recommend this company without reservations to everyone I know! Working with them provides our family peace of mind and we are grateful to have found such a great company!
