On our scheduled appointment Lisa was prompt and very thorough. She is very knowledgeable and professional. After receiving other estimates we went with Bill's and are extremely pleased. Casey, the technician, did an incredible job. He arrived on time, answered all our questions and concerns, and then went to work right away. He was neat and clean, and very conscientious about the work and our home. We are so very pleased with this entire experience and would highly recommend this company -- they have displayed the utmost in customer service and professionalism.

I am very happy with Green Home Pest Control. Their techs have always been courteous and are always ready to make suggestions for preventing bugs. They always show up when they say will. If we ever have bugs in between services they are happy to come back. Great Company!

Sal is our technician for our business and he is amazing. He is very detailed and efficient everyday and is always on top of what needs to be done that day as well as next services. He makes sure he stops and speaks to us about anything that needs to be done and gives us his opinion of any treatment suggestions and basically he is not here to just collect a paycheck. We are very appreciative of the service that Burns provides us and our business and having Sal as our technician.

NO SHOW, NO CALL.The tech did not bother to call or show during our scheduled multi-hour time frame. When I called in to inquire, no one seemed to know what happened. Service is scheduled through an out-of-state call center. I did get a call back later from the local person wanting to re-schedule. No apology, no offer to make it right, simply oh yeah, that happens when the call center makes our schedule, I saw we were booked up when I came in this morning.This would have been helpful information before I waited around half the day. And this was after spending quite a bit of time on the phone giving my information and listening to services options.I'm not sure how they got 4.6 stars, this must have been before my time.

We called for terminate inspection after we were having a woodpecker problem and they were here the next day. Daniel was right on time and sprayed our entire house in no time! He was more than helpful checking for terminates and also when I mentioned the gnats that fly around inside our home. I’m extremely impressed with Daniel and the whole Frontino team!

I have been in my home 14 years and had termite issues immediately after moving in and all the other termite places would drill my concrete and pour liquid and put chemicals in my interior walls, which never worked for very long. Then I found Arrow exterminators and I have NOT had any problems with termites. The service guys are great and the lady(s) I annually speak to in the office are nice and never rushed. Now, this does not mean raise my rate (LOL)

Reasonable price, explained everything fully, bugs gone, no problems at all...

We have been using Rid a Bird pest control for over 10 years. We have never had any problem with any type of insects. They are very thorough and informative if you have any questions or concerns. They are very reputable.

This company is now my forever pest control company as they know what they are doing and their products work! Also are pet and kid friendly! They take the time to listen to my concerns and help me understand what their products will do to eliminate the problem that I had.

Arizona's Exterminator Company (AEC) knows the trade of pest control. After they fumigated our house of 3000 sqft we have not seen any bugs. We had scorpions and crickets before and now we trust that we will live free of bugs inside of our house. They also sealed the whole house outside and inside just to make sure we do not have any invaders. Last time, Aldo, its representative, was performing the bi-monthly pest control in our house, he noticed there was a crack on the poly tube from the automatic irrigation system and it was leaking. He fixed that for us. He did not have to do it but he gives that extra 5 miles on his job. It is hard to find that positive attitude lately. I recommend AEC 100%. Great great job amigo, we are very happy you are taking care of our house.

The people here were caring and kind. They took in the dog I found and found the owner. Thank God I found a place to take the little fella

Just received fabulous service from Marino at The Beekeeper. Our problem was not simple. The bees had gone unnoticed for for quite some time so the hive had to be removed from the inside wall of our home. This required several visits to destroy the bees, remove the hive (20 pounds of greasy gook!), and repair the wall of the house that had to be cut into remove the bee hive. Everything is good as new and our neighbors and us are safe. Sorry Marino had to endure some stings, though. As my husband said, He is a brave man. I highly recommend The Beekeeper to anyone with a bee problem.

I used Green Mango for a very long time and was constantly calling them back out to re-treat in between scheduled services. Since I have been with Happy Bees, I have had nothing but a positive experience with results delivered as promised. What a great Company this is! They are pollinator friendly, which I love (so do the butterflies that visit my flowers) and they know there stuff. Stephanie is always willing to share her knowledge and give advice. I am a customer for life!

The customer service via phone with pest service representative - specifically speaking with Marcus - was superb. He answered my questions right away, helped my scheduling issues, and was very friendly and kind. Kudos!
