I rarely leave reviews because I’m overly critical in general. I have very high expectations and have learned that the world doesn’t operate to that standard. I was cleaning out my office which had a desk, boxes and paper everywhere for last 5 years we’ve been here. When I removed everything I found dust, hair ( gross) food and dirt. Do you know what I didn’t find ???? A bug! Not one dead or alive. Then it dawned on me that after living here 6 years I’ve never seen a bug in the house!
This company always communicates. They always show up and on time. They are the best SERVICE providers I’ve dealt with. Must have called it Vintage cause they are everything that was good about services companies! They care. They want to impress you and EARN your business.

Highly recommend. We had our house treated for termites a few weeks ago. Customer service was great from the beginning. Clear explanation of the termite issue. Such a good experience that we switched our regular pest control to Vintage. Happy with the prices, as well.

We've been using Vintage Pest for a few years, and they are the best pest management company we've had in 20 plus years living in the valley. Technicians are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and on time. The office staff will text you when they're coming to your property, and if there's any change what-so-ever, they text you again. When I've spoken to the office staff, they're also friendly and engaging. All around, a great company.
We have Vintage as a carry over in our termite treatment on a home that has been purchased. We continued service with Vintage and have been very happy with them and have even decided to do routine services with them. Megan, Stacy, and the rest of the team are responsive to emails, spend time talking to you about pest control and work hard to make us happy. I would recommend Vintage. Thanks.

Excellent service. They worked with my time schedule. They allowed me time to move items in my garage from one side to the other and came back to treat the second wall. Highly recommend, friendly staff, great communication. Great value!.
We receive a monthly preventative spray and inspection service for nine different target pests. We have also had the Termite treatment and annual inspection. We have been with Vintage Pest for nearly ten years. We were first serviced by Stacey, and now by Mark. We have found their service to be quick, dependable, reliable, and effective. They have all been friendly, courteous, responsive, and attentive. They arrive on time, and complete a thorough job. We have found the costs to be very reasonable. We would, and have, recommended them to all of our friends, family, and neighbors. We are very pleased overall with every aspect of Vintage Pest, and intend to stay with them for a long time.

Vintage Pest Management is a top-notch organization - we use them for our regularly monthly pest control and could not be happier! Trent (our “guy”) is the best and is always on time and super professional. The service is great (we have had no “bug issues” since using them) and their prices are reasonable. Highly recommend Vintage! We stumbled across them for a second opinion about 8 months ago and they have now provided many services across several of our apartment communities. They are always on time, willing to get creative to solve problems, provide reminders of services, etc. Our favorite aspect is that they are truthful in every situation and personable with our tenants. I have watched Stacey and team ensure the tenants of normal vs. abnormal pest issues and provide solutions! Every team member we have encountered has provided incredible service.
Vintage is the best. We have been using them since we moved to Arizona and initially we had a scorpion problem but since having vintage, we have seen none. They are diligent, responsive and considerate. Meghan in the front office is so helpful and Trent and Kyle take care of our house really well. I’m so thankful to them.
Could not be happier with Vintage Pest Management! We moved into a scorpion infested home and have not had any issues since we started routine service with them. Every staff member that we have talked to and owner, are very professional and always take the time to listen and answer all questions. Kyle is usually who does our treatments and he is very knowledgeable. You can tell he enjoys his job. They do a thorough job and and I highly recommend this company for your pest control needs.

Trent Has been my pest technician since last June when we bought the house. He is super awesome at his work at keeping our home insect free inside and out. He is very attentive and looks out for my animals we have at the house when working. I love this company because it's local and I try to support local the best I can. I have been using Vintage for over 3 years. They were recommend by the company that sealed my home for scorpions. They are a local Arizona company that provides quality service and I have seen a significant reduction in scorpions on my property. They have been honest about their pricing and are available if I have any questions (Trent has been very helpful). I highly recommend their service to my neighbors.

I have been using this business not only for my current home in Surprise, but my prior home in Peoria. The fact that they are growing and developing an ever-changing menu of items to choose from, shows you the hard work and natural progression of an excellent company. They treat their employees well – they are always happy, treat their customers with respect, even when dumb questions are asked, and provide excellent, thorough service. When something comes up, ants for example, they not only take care of the problem, they let us know how to continue to make sure we don't have the problem back again. When I moved to a neighborhood filled with scorpions I freaked out! I tried one pest management company, who people raved about killing scorpions, that didn't seem to faze those nasty stingers! A friend recommended this company and I couldn't be happier! Whatever they use works, but is also safe. I have had the same person service my house since I started using them in 2017, making it even more personable. They take their time and do the job right. My tolerance is not very high for creepy crawlies and anytime I have had any questions or concerns about pests I have texted them pics/videos to which they have responded promptly to. This is a locally owned company and you can tell that customer satisfaction is important to them.
Trent is an amazing worker for an amazing local company. My pets love him and watches out for their food and water areas. I recommend using Trent as your pest management tech you will be glad you did.
