Chase from Bill's Pest & Termite Company came out and serviced our residence on December 26,2018. He was punctual and very professional. He thoroughly explained what he was going to do and finished in a timely manor. We are happy with the service and look forward to being termite free.

We have been using Blue Sky Pest Control for 9 years and they are fabulous! They are always super nice amd professional and do a fantastic job keeping the scorpions (and the rest of the bugs) away :)! I have recommended them to several of my friends over the years and everyone is always happy with them and continue to use Blue Sky.

Patrick has been phenomenal with the monthly service also helping me out with the roof rats.Rodni, Rusty and Benjamin were very good with the bed bug division. Attentive and I felt very good about the experience I'd highly recommend.

We had Travis come out today to our home, he was very professional and answered every question i had. He was also very knowledgeable and knew exactly what he was doing when coming out. Having a not so good experience with the last company we used i can say after only 1 treatment i am extremely satisfied with their services and will continue using this company, we will also be referring them to friends and family!

Potential New Hire Review:I audit and rate new and upcoming places on hireability, pay, friendliness, and customer practices.Hiring Process:I got interviewed then moved onto a second interview if you pass the first one.After that I was offered a ride along during which I wore the uniform and sprayed houses myself and interacted with customers as a technician for a 10 hour shift, I used chemicals and sprayed private properties, despite me not having a license or training to do so. I also was not on the payroll. I worked for 10 hours and asked for pay and they said if I accepted their job offer then they will pay you. It seems like an ok job but pay is too low for quantity and knowledge based work.Legal Issues:I worked 10 hours performing labor while unlicensed and untrained although I worked with potentially hazardous and dangerous materials... and when they offered me the job requesting I join them I declined as I already have a job and just audit companies on the side. They then refused to pay me for the time I worked which If civil suits is your thing there is great potential to sue and there are some minor and major issues regarding the fair labor standards act. Either way if you are looking for a quick buck in fees they would have to pay go for a ride along then sue.Van Tracking and Safe Driving:If you become a technician they have a dash cam system in all vans that track your movements and how well you drive you are reprimanded heavily for arriving to work late and it seems driving poorly is less reprimanded but still important to them.Salesman Incentives:They promote their technicians to try and sell or at least meantion and pass on information to sales team for them to call and bother you to join a locked in year contract for services such as weed or mesquito control, This should be changed to a monthly or quarterly contract or have options to opt out, many customers on my ride along argued with us on not being able to cancel after you purchase a contract. I cant speak to the complaints authenticity though.Overall thoughts:Overall the company seems decent and like a good reputable company for the customers, as an employee it seems better than average but still not as good as other jobs available to arizona citizens.Technician starting pay: $16.00Professionalism: 8.5 / 10Cleanliness: 7.5 / 10Friendliness: 10 / 10Employee Appreciation: 5 / 10

They either don't spray enough or their chemicals are not as strong as needed. ?? Never took care of my widow problem and i recently developed a scorpion problem.

Rid A Bird has been my go-to company for Termite Inspections/Treatments, Pest control, and Weed Control. The owners take personal responsibility, and the service continues past, treatment with personal follow-up and re-treat if necessary. I've had weed treatment yearly since I've lived here, and since I started using Rid-a-Bird for weed control, my yard has never been cleaner and weed free . Their termite guy Steve has be prompt and thorough on every job he has done for me or my clients and provided extra value to his service by noticing other things in the home that may need attention way beyond termite control. Rid-A-Bird is a trusted source and I highly recommend for all your Pest, Weed, Termite, and Bird control/treatment. Oh, forgot to, mention, snake removal too....they have come out on short notice when there has been an unwelcome visitor near the house to remove.

My townhouse rental ended up with roof rats due to my neighbors getting them and making their way through the attic. My landlord called BeBes who came and set outside bait traps and traps in the attic which were to be checked weekly, I also set my own traps. For two weeks, BeBes traps caught morhing while mine caught several rats. The third week, no one showed up during the scheduled time and no one called to say they weren't going to make it and we rescheduled for another day in which they did not show so my landlord cancelled with the company after 532 dollars he paid over a months span and their traps failed. The company CALLED ME to set up for a tuesday to come get their traps in the attic and outside.... no one showed, I called and rescheduled for Wednesday, no one showed or called AGAIN. Today being thursday, I called and asked to speak to the manager and the owner himself called me and very rudely told me to keep the traps, my landlord cancelled so it's not his problem anymore. After I tried to explain that my landlord paid for the weekly service that no one showed up to before the service was cancelled, the OWNER proceeded to yell in the phone.... ITS CANCELLED, ITS CANCELLED, ITS CANCELLED. So now I am left with getting traps out of my attic, which my or may not have a rat in them, as well as disposing of the outside bait traps. I am a single mom with no handyman abilities. This company, especially the owner (I think his name was dan) are very inconsiderate and unprofessional. I'd go with Burns pest company anyday over this company.

Beware of budget brothers termite and pest control! I had a contract with them and my termites kept coming back in the same spot. I called them again and they claimed my policy had terminated because I did not renew i never got a Renewal letter. It was a couple of months out of date and they said they had sent me a notice which I never received.I'd question them on the chemicals they used because the termites came back two times in less than a year in the same spot the treatment didn't seem to be working. They wanted to charge me $500 to renew my policy. The policy would of been $125 to renew however we never got any notice. I believe they didn't want to renew the policy because they knew they had a termite issue that there week chemicals could not deal with. I would not recommend using budget brothers pest control! A very dissatisfied customer!
