We had a great experience having Alex out to survey our home and treat it for all sorts of creepy crawlers. We’d had issues with crickets, scorpions, spiders, roaches etc.

After the first treatment (daytime photo) we already saw the effects it had. Alex was kind enough to give us a black light to scout for scorpions should they return.

Upon finding a batch of scorpions still in our palms, Alex was quick to return and remedy the issue. Black light photo shows the scorpions found dead after he came and retreated the palm trees.

Besides the physical service, Alex’s professionalism and hospitality was splendid. Anytime you welcome someone into your home, you can feel sort of uneasy, that’s not how we felt with Alex. He was courteous and did a great job explaining the process and actually took interest in our personal lives. It was obvious this was more than just a pay check for him.

We will continue to trust Alex with the protection and service of our home.

Ruben does a thorough inspection, checks and maintains rodent traps and sprays for scorpions and the pests. He always does an outstanding job.

We recently had solar panels installed and shortly after that we had a large influx of pigeons making their home under our panels. We called Watchdog Pest Control out to see if they could help us out, and they did. I was expecting an eye-sore of nets, wires, etc. and I was pleasantly surprised with the outcome. It looks very clean and nothing close to an eye-sore, best part pigeons have no where to go.

The technician that was sent out was friendly, clean, and through. We plan on having more work done in the future.

I have received great customer service from Tyler. He is very professional and on point. Tyler has put the face of this company. I was over taken my crickets and just less then 24 hours I seen a difference!

After wasting time and money with other companies, we hired Jason. He is THE RAT WHISPERER. He found where they were gaining entry into the crawl space without a smoke test. We caught the large mother right where he found the break in the pipe. Handyman fixed the break and drywall. Problem solved. This guy is amazing!! Also cost less than other companies.

Adam is fantastic. He's extremely thorough and professional. He takes the time to explain all of the different treatments and educate you on ways to prevent different types of pests. He's responsive and reliable. I highly recommend Adam and Bug Science.
