Working with Austin was a breeze. He explained the extent of our situation and did a heat treatment in 3 hours. He was a joy to talk with and answered all of our questions. You can't beat the fact that they'll come back for any problems for a whole year too. I will definitely recommend AZ Heat Pest Services and their great staff members like Austin.

There is nothing to like about this joke of a company. THE WORST company in business today. The owners do not care about the employees worth a crap. Not to mention they are thiefs and owe multiple people money who NO LONGER WORK FOR THEM. Its no wonder the turn over rate is so damn high! If you are a current customer or thinking of becoming one, i would advise to not support such a bogus ass place to do your pest services. And if youre thinking of working for these clowns, run the other way as fast as you can.

The owner is GREAT at what he does and my experience with each of the techs that have serviced my home has been that they, too, are thorough and dependable. Jacob is ALWAYS a joy to see! He's always on time and provides terrific service. His follow-up and follow-through are truly professional and reliable.

I called and spoke to Josh this morning and Casey showed up this afternoon. He was on time, polite, professional, and did a great job clearing out the cobwebs and treating the inside and outside of our home. He made sure all my questions were answered and our pest control needs were met. This was excellent customer service from start to finish and the contract was very reasonably priced. I'm so thankful that I called.

Excellent company! I can't stress it enough. My wife and I have been battling rats for months. We hired other companies but none of them could resolve our problem. We called Critter Ridder and Jason came out to our home and quickly found the problem. He had his technicians get right to work and after a few of days (and many captured rats), we are delighted to say we no longer have any rats issues! Thank you Critter Ridder for an outstanding job.
