My husband and I used Insectek when we lived in AZ a couple of years ago for maintenance pest control. We recently moved back, and I knew I wanted them again. Just had my first visit at our new house, and it reinforced why I wanted to use them again. They’re extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They explained everything to me very thoroughly so I feel like I have an idea of what is going on with my pest control! We have some ants in our back yard in a couple of spots, and the tech explained the two different types to me and explained how he was going to get rid of them. We signed up for a bi-monthly treatment, and if we notice any issues between, they’ll send someone out to investigate and treat.Would highly recommend them to family and friends!

Our pest man always calls to let us know that he is on the way and then proceeds to take a look at what needs to be added or taken care of when he is here.We had a horrible problem with ants in the house and around the house when he first started taking care of our house. We have little break-outs outside, but he takes care of those every time he is here. We are so thankful for his attentiveness to our problem and glad that he shows up once a month to help us.

Michael our exterminator was always extremely dependable at my properties, and does wonderful work. I am cancelling my contract because the office cannot solve the web accessibility problem I have, despite numerous calls. What a waste of time.

Chris was awesome and so nice!! He gave us an estimate on all options and recommended the partial heat treatment with spray. But he never pressured us in to anything. We went with his recommendations. He is very calming, understanding and did make us feel embarrassed at all about the bed bug problem!! I highly recommend this company for any Arizonans who have bugs!

Inspector Mike was arrogant and totally disrespectful to me. I have been with Western for about 30 years and have never been treated like this. When I questioned him for telling me I need a whole house treatment as insurance, he LAUGHED at me. I was told years ago when I signed up for yearly renewals, all problems pertaining to termites would be taken care of. That was the purpose of the annual fee. So, thanks to SMART ALEC Mike, it's time for me to move on to another service; one that does not want to SCAM me. Adios to Western after 30 years, thanks to ARROGANT Mike!

I have been in my home 14 years and had termite issues immediately after moving in and all the other termite places would drill my concrete and pour liquid and put chemicals in my interior walls, which never worked for very long. Then I found Arrow exterminators and I have NOT had any problems with termites. The service guys are great and the lady(s) I annually speak to in the office are nice and never rushed. Now, this does not mean raise my rate (LOL)

We have used this family owned company for monthly indoor and outdoor services since we moved into our home in Scottsdale years ago to battle a scorpion issue. The staff and services they provide exceed all expectations we had. They go above and beyond to accommodate for our needs. Many times we needed to reschedule our service dates and they were always happy to reschedule. They are incredibly professional, take their time, are respectful of our home and personal space, and the cost is very fair. They boot up before they come inside and always inquire about any insect issues we have experienced (if any) so they can address them. Scott, Jessie and Vickie have been a pleasure to work with.
