This company used to be the best. They have greatly reduced their service while increasing the price.

We continue to use Urban Desert Pest Control because they are reliable and provide clean, friendly, professional service with each quarterly visit. They have been extremely proactive in helping us maintain our services and scheduling is easy and convenient. Our new tech, Tony, arrived during the designated appointment window and was extremely friendly and thorough with what he was going to be doing today both inside and outside the house. I look forward to seeing Tony again for our next quarterly service!

I have been noticing an increase of Scorpios in and around my house . I called on a Friday afternoon and they were able to get here and spray the area within the hour !! I was using another company previously and not seeing the results !! They were not only quick to take action but very friendly and informative . They answered all my silly questions and eased all my fears ! As a new customer I would recommend them to anyone just off my first interaction!!

Aaron does a great job, and he's very positive in his timely communication. I like him and appreciate how knowledgeable he is.

We have used the same company for 21 years although it changed names a couple of years ago. They have always provided excellent service at a competitive price.

I’m a lifelong customer! My boyfriend and I realized we had an ant problem that needed to be fixed right away and we called around tons of places that were just way too pricey and wanted to sell us memberships.
We found watch dog and they were able to send a guy out within a hour on a Saturday! He was so friendly, professional and helpful. He even called a few weeks later to check in and make sure the ants had gone away.... we were super impressed with the prices and the service. We won’t be using anyone else from now on and highly recommend this company!

They went above and beyond I’m extremely pleased and would highly recommend them to everyone I know. I was extremely freaked out and uncomfortable with the bugs and they put my mind at ease ensuring me that it won’t get worse and the chemicals they used are safe around my 8 months old and dogs.

Frontino has been a wonderful company to work with. They were knowledgeable, affordable, professional and thorough. After the initial treatment we had a few scorpions inside the house, and they came back out to re-treat the house within 15 minutes of my phone call! Would definitely recommend Frontino to family and friends.

After there service we were seeing so many scorpions in our house and John made it clear that if you see any scorpions call us and will take care of it . They don’t respond to text or call and we end up switching our service. I don’t trust because everytime either he is having Covid or something else and don’t show up for appointments!! One of the worst

Had the pleasure of dealing with this company for a recent termite treatment at my home. Each aspect of the process - the initial phone call, the initial inspection visit, the treatment visit and the follow-up - was very professional and delivered as promised. Wally was a pleasure to deal with during the initial inspection and Josh performed the treatment with respect for my home and was very informative throughout the treatment. I hope I do not need their services for several more years, but have the confidence that I will be treated professionally and with respect should any challenges arise.

Aldo is professional, personable, efficient, and overall amazing at his job. He presents all of the different options to you, and isn't out to just make a buck. I just recently bought a home and despite an inspection report that did not show any termite evidence, Aldo's inspection showed it was clear they missed some very obvious signs of termite activity. He gave me a couple of different options for approaching the problem to prevent any further issues with termites, and was very thorough in explaining how each of them would work and protect my home. As soon as I made a decision on which route I wanted to take, he was at my house within a week to get the job done! I would recommend Aldo's company 10x over!

Austin was by far the most energetic and caring exterminator I have ever met. He was very communicative and respectful!
