We just had a termite treatment done and were extremely pleased with the service.The original representative that did the evaluation and the technician that did the treatment were both very courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and explained what they were doing, why they were doing it and where they thought the problem originated. The work was done neatly, and the interior area was cleaned very thoroughly before the tech left, in addition to taking care of the exterior of the house and the inside of garage. We would recommend them highly.

Steve arrived on time to our house and is a super friendly guy. He was also very detailed working around our house as it is a new build. The previous owner of our home had a paid contract for termite control on our newly remodeled home. We reached out to Sexton to come and retreat the home after finding mud tubes on the ceiling and it seemed like they treated it with some chemical and sealed up the hole. Two years later we still have mud tubes coming down from our ceiling in multiple locations and we now ask ourselves what has the technician been doing all this time to get rid of the termites? It seems like all he ever does is treat the area where the hole was and patch the hole. Our one year contract is about to expire and we will definitely be hiring a different company for this on going issue.

Excellent company! I can't stress it enough. My wife and I have been battling rats for months. We hired other companies but none of them could resolve our problem. We called Critter Ridder and Jason came out to our home and quickly found the problem. He had his technicians get right to work and after a few of days (and many captured rats), we are delighted to say we no longer have any rats issues! Thank you Critter Ridder for an outstanding job.

This is the worst pest control company. I have no idea how they're still in business. Every person I've talked to has had a terrible experience, including me. The customer service is horrible. They are very unprofessional. The services they offer are overpriced and underserved. We had a treatment and the bugs kept coming back. It took multiple calls, messages to finally get someone to respond. They came out again, and still we continued with the bug's. They double charged us, and again, it took an act of God to get them to respond, then being argumentative. We had so many problems with Beebes that we called another pest control company who we've been using ever since, who gets the job done. We had a year from hell with these people. DON'T waste your time or money!
