I am so happy I found Bills Pest Control. In my 10 years of living in the valley, we have had many companies treat our home for insects....but Bills was hands down the best. Alex was our tech. He was right on time, covered his shoes with booties, was very professional and thorough in his treatment. He sprayed every area of our home and spent time knocking down cobwebs around the exterior. He set glue traps behind the toilets and in areas bugs like to hide. He did not rush our service and provided excellent customer service. We highly recommend Bills Pest Control; money well spent.

TLDR; amazing company, you should definitely use them!!I’ve used Insectek at a couple of different homes and have always been super happy with their service!Recently, I’ve been a victim to a cockroach problem so they are helping me out with a more thorough program than my usual bimonthly service. Special mentions go to Jennifer in their office, who has been super nice, professional and very helpful every time we have spoken, and my service technician today Enrique who was awesome! He was on time (actually a little early I think), answered all of my questions, was knowledgeable, thorough, very helpful, and in general a calming presence to someone (me) who hates bugs with every fiber of her being. ? (he was also super respectful and put shoe covers on before going upstairs on my carpet ??)Also shoutout to their Service Manager Gerrit who stepped in to help make sure I was taken care of and honestly in general to their management teams who obviously know how to hire and train great people. I’ve worked in a couple of different service industries and I’ve been super impressed with their processes and level of customer service: everything from their email reminders to their convenient text communications and the fact that every single time I call I get someone helpful on the other end is just amazing. 10/10 would recommend. ??

I moved to the valley six years ago and, ever since, we've had Anteater routinely visiting our home to keep the creepy crawlies away. Their service is exceptional. They're courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely invest themselves to your best interest. Their techs are prompt and friendly, as well! Every time Gordo is at my home I feel as though I'm talking to an old friend. I really enjoy the fact that the chemicals they use don't leave your house smelling like a poison manufacturing company like most others I've experienced do. I've been a long-time customer of theirs, and that isn't going to change unless I leave the valley!

Just moved to the area and was having a horrible problem with flies, mosquitos, gnats and other bugs in our backyard because of neighbor’s unmanaged trees. Was looking for a pet/child-safe solution and came across Frontino. I requested a quote at about 2 AM online and Brandin called me first thing the next morning. He was terrific in explaining their process, what they do and what product they use as well as how often they come out to treat your property.

Brandin told me he couldn’t get here for about two days and I asked if there was any way he could come sooner. He looked at his schedule and moved some stuff around and was at my door 30 minutes later. The treatment took no more than 20 minutes and he was the utmost professional, respecting new social distancing norms, explaining what he was going to do and where he would treat. My dogs also loved socializing with him too...

After he finished, he said he would come back out between treatments any time we needed if they problem wasn’t getting better, all for free. As he explained that the problem drastically improves after the second treatment (which was supposed to be two months later), I called him a couple weeks later to see if he could do a courtesy spray and he was here the next day.

I don’t think I’ve seen a spider, scorpion, bee, bug, gnat or mosquito since. After trying sonic plug-ins, candles and bug spray to no avail, Frontino was able to get it done and finally let us enjoy our new backyard.

Not only is Frontino effective, but their prices cannot be beat. Four treatments a year is all you need, with a possible booster here and there for free. Brandin responds immediately via text and phone and is a tremendous professional. So happy I found them and can’t thank them enough.

If you are looking for pest control - stop searching. These are your guys!

Interviewed here and the guy who runs the place is so rude and demeaning. Wanted to run out and drive away half way in.

Terrible service. I still have guaranteed with them and called them out to treat. First they scheduled out so long and I decided to call them back to ask if the can come sooner because I found too many termite activities so I don’t want to wait that long. The front desk lady said she will have someone call me back to schedule sooner but they never called me back. Then the day they supposed to come, I asked if they can call me 30 mins prior arrival because I need them to inspect my whole house. Waiting all day and no one called. By the end of the day I called, they says someone already came abs treated it. I took their words for it. A month later I saw termite activities are back at the same spots. Looks like he only came and flicked off the lines. I ended up call a diff company (action termite) and they inspected my whole house and they found more activities. They told me no one have treated my house yet. Today company is a scam. They ghosted out on me abs lied abs said they came when they didn’t. I elll never recommend this company to anyone. I ended up choose to pay for a new company to treat my house rather than use the guarantee from this company. I called them explained the situation but the did t seems to care. All they says to me was “ok”. No apology
