This is the second time we've used Bill's Pest & Termite Company. The first time was 5 years ago and they did such a good job that my sister ended up using them also. Her termite problem was pretty severe and they needed to come back out and reapply during the warranty period and they did so with no questions asked.When we noticed the tell-tale signs of termites coming down through our bedroom ceiling, our only call was to Bill's. Our termite inspector was Jonathan Logan and he was very informative about all aspects of our problem. We set up a date for the exterminator to come out and he came on time and did a wonderful job trenching and applying the solution around both of our homes (sadly, both our main house and guest house had the pesky critters).We highly recommend Bill's. They are also affordable.

Their price points for service are very competitive and I feel like it's the best value for the level of service they provide! They are quick to respond to any issues I have with ants or worms and always conduct a thorough visit and follow up. I wouldn't go anywhere else, EVER!

Have used Ambassador Pest control for six years, during which time have not had a pest problem in our home, or even in the yard despite the rear fence being a view fence to open land. They come regularly every month - will do the exterior only if we are not home. Which is the first defense so the interior can go three months. We have a pet and there have been no problems, just be sure the odorless, colorless sprays are dry before your pet resumes wondering the home.

I moved to the valley six years ago and, ever since, we've had Anteater routinely visiting our home to keep the creepy crawlies away. Their service is exceptional. They're courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely invest themselves to your best interest. Their techs are prompt and friendly, as well! Every time Gordo is at my home I feel as though I'm talking to an old friend. I really enjoy the fact that the chemicals they use don't leave your house smelling like a poison manufacturing company like most others I've experienced do. I've been a long-time customer of theirs, and that isn't going to change unless I leave the valley!

Doc was very good, took care of all my requests. Have the tubes and he took care of that too. Have had Sexton for 12 years, use for pest, weeds, and ac/heat!

I spoke with Heather over the phone to schedule a termite inspection. I have a lot of questions regards their treatment, cost and procedures. She doesn’t know a thing. All she does is to sep up an appointment, really? Appointment without even knowing how much is going to cost me and how they will address the situation? She hung up the phone on me, so rude and unprofessional. I had the worse experience ever. If that is just the Custumer service I don’t want to imagine working with them. RED FLAG from beginning. The only reason I called is because my friend referred me to them but I will not hire them for anything and I will never refer any of my family and friends.

I am very pleased with my experience.I did a lot of research before calling around and this was the company that was able to answer all of my questions I didn't feel pressured to make a decision. Reminds me of how business is done in the tiny town I grew up in. My bedbug nightmare is finally over

I got a proactive termite treatment done on my property, since termites are so prevalent in Phoenix. Justin was awesome, and the price was very fair. He went above and beyond in every way.
After he finished the job and left the property, I went into the bathroom, and smoke (yes, smoke), was coming out of the a/c vents, along with an acrid electrical fire type smell. It was most frightening. It dissipated after about 5 minutes, and has not come back, but I so appreciated that after I called Justin, he came back to double check everything to make sure that I was safe.
I’ve yet to determined what caused the smoke, but I did really appreciate Justin’s quick response to check everything for me, and give me peace of mind.
I would 100% recommend this company to other.

I have used Russell Pest Control for 2 years, every summer. I have a really bad scorpion problem at my home because of the wash behind my house. It is so nice to have gotten rid of them & their food sources!

Terrible service. I still have guaranteed with them and called them out to treat. First they scheduled out so long and I decided to call them back to ask if the can come sooner because I found too many termite activities so I don’t want to wait that long. The front desk lady said she will have someone call me back to schedule sooner but they never called me back. Then the day they supposed to come, I asked if they can call me 30 mins prior arrival because I need them to inspect my whole house. Waiting all day and no one called. By the end of the day I called, they says someone already came abs treated it. I took their words for it. A month later I saw termite activities are back at the same spots. Looks like he only came and flicked off the lines. I ended up call a diff company (action termite) and they inspected my whole house and they found more activities. They told me no one have treated my house yet. Today company is a scam. They ghosted out on me abs lied abs said they came when they didn’t. I elll never recommend this company to anyone. I ended up choose to pay for a new company to treat my house rather than use the guarantee from this company. I called them explained the situation but the did t seems to care. All they says to me was “ok”. No apology
