They did all the things they said they'd do, and I must have received a dozen pictures sent during the process since I was at work while Joe and his team did their work. It was reassuring to know they were so meticulous about doing everything exactly right. We are really pleased by the service, and Joe and New Heights Tree Service exceeded my expectations.
