We had a wonderful experience from the initial inspection with Lisa to treatment for termites Dominic. Extremely prompt, courteous, honest and friendly. Adam the technician is very knowledgeable, friendly and considerate of areas to be careful not to spray due to outside pets. He is wonderful to work with. When I call in to adjust an appointment everyone is very friendly.

Alex was and his team are absolutely amazing. My wife and I moved to the area 2 months ago from out of the state. Coming from a high-rise, my wife was alarmed when she met her first cockroach. I figured it was normal to find these critters inside every once in a while, but 5 or so a week seemed excessive. We reached out to several companies who had just wanted us to start with a basic spray. Alex was different. He came out for a FREE inspection of the area. He was able to not only find an open sewer drain in the house, which operated as a front door for the roaches into our house, he was able to identify a potential water leak near this open drain. He explained to us why this was a problem, and how this is what is attracting the roaches. Unlike other companies that just wanted to spray the perimeter of the house, he worked inside out. Alex sealed the open sewer, and because of his water leak identification, we were able to eliminate what attracted the roaches to us in the first place. Had we just treated our perimeter, this would have done nothing to fix our problem.....and of course we had Alex do our perimeter as well. Haven't seen a bug, of any kind, at all since his treatment. After emailing House Doctor AZ, David gave me a call and was extremely helpful with my situation. I was called within 1 hour of my email.

I just recently purchased my house, and discovered termites one month later... David looked up my address and informed me that another company had done treatment about 6 months ago, and told me that I was still under warranty with them. He did not try to rip me off which was very honest of him.

He then spent 25 minutes on the phone with me talking about termites, explaining how the treatment works and what to expect, what chemicals he uses, and what I should expect for pricing. He even talked to me about scorpions and told me how to do my own treatment if I wanted to.

As an out of state colleague of EcoForce, I would define them as very helpful, professional, and trust worthy. I personally use EcoForce heaters myself and they are great. They are a great alternative to the overpriced Quest, Temp-Air, or similar systems. Catch you guys at the next conference!

DYLAN was supposed to show up to give me my money back and never showed up service is very poor. The owner of the company does not tell the truth he lies a lot. He calls apologizing for things he said to me on a text message and still has not paid me none of my money back. I’ve been waiting on him a couple of days to pay my money back and still has not came through. Service sucks does not know how to do bedbug service at all and I will not refer that company to anyone else . He will tell you he has Covid just so he doesn’t have to do his job. Very very unprofessional
