First of all we love the service provided by the company, but Wayne is exceptionally good and thorough. We have one area of the house that has been a particular problem and he really attacked it. Very pleasant to converse with and we were very comfortable with him being in our home. Wish there were more like him in the home service industry. We would request him in the future if possible. We wouldn't use any other service.

Alex the owner is awesome, I’m sure like everyone we wanted no bugs , scorpions, or any creepy crawlers in our house, with that said we purchased a new home, and when we got there after the people had moved out, we found roaches, ticks, scorpions, and some other stuff that I don’t even want to mention, and we were freaked out.

They returned my initial call promptly and quickly scheduled a consult. Jeff gave up some of his valuable weekend time to remove my bees. He arrived on time and did a thorough job. Since I try to be environmentally aware, I'm happy that Jeff could remove the bees without spraying poison everywhere. I'm glad the bees could the reused and not killed. The Bee Man was a great solution to my bee problem!

I am super stoked that I found a bug company that's actually reliable! I just moved here from another state and had never even heard of Bed Bugs. I used to have a regular company come out every month for ants and other regular critters but they were always late and didn't seem to care. I got a completely different vibe from these guys.
