The employee exterminator is professional, helpful, responsive and have great customer service. They made contact before coming out to the house and they confirm a mutually acceptable time for the service. I definitely recommend. Great service ! I live in an apartment complex and my unit was starting to get a lot of ants inside coming in from a small door crack. I requested my complex have pest control that I pay a monthly fee for to come to my unit and spray down. But they said they weren’t going to be able to come until a week later and I couldn’t handle it anymore. They were spreading quick. I called Exterminator of Arizona on a Sunday & they were able to come the next day as soon as their next available time. Service over the phone was definitely helpful.
Eddie was super chill and professional. Very informative and quick to get to work. Very thorough in making sure he got every side and corner. Great customer service and will definitely be calling them again for any pest service needed ! Sorry for the rant, but they really were awesome. It’s been a week since their visit and can gladly say I haven’t seen an ant or any other bugs for that matter. Thanks again !!

Eddie, was very professional he was on time and also gave us a heads up before arriving. Our home was exterminated twice but we never seen any bugs after the first service was completed. Their product is effective and Eddie was very professional.

I just had a tech come to home today after I thought I had bed bugs in my bed. Turns out we didn't have them but instead they were just regular water bugs. He offered us a good rate to do a general extermination of those bugs and was really professional and knowledgeable. He will be coming back regularly to make sure our home is safe from any pests in the future. Definitely recommend.

Josué service went beyond my expectations. His attentive response in the middle of the night was something I always will appreciate. After found a rodent on my garage and be on panic for one hour, after make several calls to different companies, Josue responded and 30 min later he was doing his preliminary extermination fase and next morning be finished the process successfully, the service of this company is very professional, attentive and prices are very reasonable.

Woke up with Ants all over my kitchen, and couldn’t find where they were coming from. Eddie from Exterminators of AZ promptly arrived and identified the source, and took care of the problem right away. He offered multiple solutions and throughly treated my home to prevent anything else from happening in the future. Great costumer service, signed up with their treatment plan on the spot!

Found this company on tiktok and let me just tell you, they have great customer service and answered every question i had. I have been dealing with bedbugs for over 2 months and they only did one treatment and was gone that same day! I am so greatful i found this company! Worth it!!

I thought I had termites, when I called they were able to come out the next day and put my mind at ease! No termites thankfully. Great people to do business with. Decided to have them come out quarterly for regular inspection and pest control.
