Very impressed with this company. This was my first experience with them and they were amazing. They responded quickly to me initial email and we corresponded several times in the same day. I had set an initial appointment but was really hoping for a quicker visit as I was having issues with scorpions and didn't want the grandkids to have a close encounter. Less than 12 hours after making the appointment they called and offered me a cancellation. Perfect!! Dax arrived on time and was great. He explained all he was going to do. He was professional and very personable. All this and a guarantee to return at no cost if I see any of those bothersome insects in the next 60 days. No contracts and no startup fees. Great experience.

Everyone I have ever come in contact with from Burns has been excellent. My regular tech is Jason and he is always attentive and professional.

Great service. Our technician, Mark Hendricks has always taken care of our needs in a timely and most professional manner. He takes time to notify us of pending visits, and always follows up with a detailed report of the property pest status. I recommend their services based on my past experiences.

First off, I called and was so impressed we got same day service which is amazing! Eric showed up and was wonderful! He even stayed late to dust our back wall to help get rid of scorpions. He was so informative and thorough! So pleased with our experience and will definitely being requesting Eric again! ☺️ Overall so so happy with this company!!

Monthly Service for Crickets, Black Widows and Scorpions

I use ryan for weed control. He is very knowledgeable with plants, trees and insects. I highly recommend him. You won't be disappointed.

Needed to seal house & eradicate roof rats. Invader did not properly seal house as paid for - they actually left some vents completely open. Roof rats returned in large numbers just a few months later. We were told that the rat return was barely outside the warranty period. Invader took no responsibility for their errors and would only seal the entry point that they failed to properly seal the first time. No thanks! Ended up paying twice for the same job (sealing & trapping) because Invader failed to properly perform and then failed to stand behind their shoddy work. Using Invader was an expensive mistake. And frustrating. The schedulers & technicians also frequently seemed confused about appointments. Cannot recommend.

Reply to Invader: Are you kidding me?! Now the owner responds that he doesn’t recognize my name and takes no responsibility. Nice try bad businessperson. My husband & I have different last names. But we both own the house where Invader botched their service & didn’t stand behind their warranty. Seriously, the worst customer service. Don’t fall for their aggressive marketing.

2nd Reply to Invader- Fred, Joie or whoever is responding, We actually DID contact you with our concerns about the holes & rat return BEFORE writing this review. You said the problem wasn’t covered and that we needed to pay you MORE money. I’m legit- face it, your company failed us royally. You want to refund us? Let me know & then we have something to talk about.

Our technician Branden Beers was very good and thorough in spraying inside and outside the home. I would recommend Bulwark and Branden strongly.

I have been attempting to get service from Snyder Week Company!! New Customer!!! I've called numerous times only to get voice mail..again, and again!!!. Finally, was able to talk to someone and they was the rudest person. From the very first question to the end, she was very rude, Upset, I asked to speak to someone else that could help me...; finally I decided to go with a New Company. I do not recommend this Company to anyone to be treated like this. Not Professional at all!!
