Quality Equipment & Spray

Purchased their 25 Gal electric pump rig. The process was very easy and smooth with updates throughout the entire process from initial order, manufacturing and delivery. I did have the pump malfunction and called to get assistance in troubleshooting. I wasnt home to be able to do those steps at the time, but even still, they let me know they were shipping new parts at no cost as a just in case. I really appreciate the forethought and consideration to get me back up and running as soon as possible.

Once again Dustin Frank and Amanda came thru for me and built me a custom rig exactly for my need. They dedicated an entire day with me there letting me know exactly what they were doing as they created a master piece spray rig for me that will allow me to provide the very best applications for my customers. I'm very pleased with what they did for me there. Andrew the General Manager made it a point to come out greet me and thanked me for my business. Quality Equipment & Spray has earned my loyalty as a repeat customer I'm glad to drive 2.5 hours from Tucson to have my equipment installed by the very best. My equipment is leaking at the pump (small pin hole in the metal case) and the shroud is cracked. We bought the equipment less than two years ago but have only used it about a dozen times and it has been garage kept. They told me there was nothing they could do about the pin hole as they didn't believe the pump manufacture would cover it. They never bothered to get back to me about the shroud. When I bought it they delayed shipping also. Save yourself some aggravation and buy elsewhere.
