Best Home Protection in Phoenix AZ

The last time Blue Sky came to our house it was on a day where it rained all day and it’s not the 1st time they’ve done that. Not super effective. I don’t like how they come whenever they want every 7-9 weeks. I also don’t appreciate how they block my driveway so I can’t leave especially since I can’t plan ahead and not have places to go. I don’t like how they want to talk when they get here and when they leave. I have a lot going on inside and it’s a pain to stop what I’m doing and come to the door for a pointless “okay I’m done” conversation. My card is on file. I also don’t like how they ask if there are any problems and then if I say yes they make it my fault by saying to make sure and keep fruit picked up etc which we do. We have kept using them because the bug situation has been kept mostly under control and these are minor annoyances.

I have had this service for years. I have the yearly termite inspection and the pest control. The people who come out are either on time or early. I have never had a problem and they will come out if I start seeing anything. I don't even see crickets that used to be a problem. Very satisfied.

Jose Maldonado came to my home on Wednesday to take care of a large infestation of bees. He arrived earlier than was scheduled and was more than helpful and professional. He explained to me what he was planning to do and then what I should do to followup. I cannot say enough about his courtesy, helpfulness, and professionalism. He did a great job!

Thank Heavens for the guys at Bug Science! The scorpions, crickets and other bugs at my offices were out of control! A friend referred me to these guys and I am so happy. The only bugs I see are the ones on their back now. The stuff they use works! and its safe as well. They are really great and nice guys and really happy to recommend them!

We had a bee problem in our tree, the next day Beebe Pest was out and took care of the bee's. Never had a bee problem since. I was most impressed by how quickly they came out, the (bee) knowledge of the service technician and the courtesy shown. They made me feel like a valued customer. I highly recommend Beebe's!

As a professional in multi housing who has been in the industry for 8 years I’m appalled at the pure lack of customer service and lack of honesty. I took my property over 5 months ago! Have never had this company on my property since I have been here. I received warranty renewal bills in the mail, I called in and informed them we will not need any warranty, we have another company in place and please void all actions moving forward. Today I receive a bill via email for an inspection(that was forwarded to me from the previous manager) When I call in and inform it was unauthorized and we will not be paying.... I get the run around of who did you talk to, and it was scheduled yesterday. When asked by who it was approved, she says my assistant. My assistant and leasing are in my office and at the time who say they informed them we no longer use them and did not want to schedule an appointment and on top of that, the individual spoken with was not my assistant but a leasing agent who is not able to approve any services. The woman from the office proceeded to call my phone back after the original call, with poor attitude, customer service, And continued to talk over me. Purely to try and make a point to justify and figure out who “approved it” when they were in the wrong and should have never even called my office In the first place, given they were informed days prior we would no longer need or use their services. I will never use or suggest this company just based on the way they operate their business.

I have used Arizona Exterminator for my typical house sprays and weeds. I now have used them for termite treatment. Aldo is the best in the business and super honest. I refer Aldo every chance I get.

Ciaran Babcock is a man of many talents. He covers termites, weeds, mosquitos, and all other bugs. He's got rockin hair as well. We have had a few techs come through over the years but Ciaran seems to have it figured out. You the man!

I have used Happy Bees Pest Control for the past 4 months and Stephanie and her team do an outstanding job. She is on the ball, answers any questions you may have and is very knowledgeable about the pest control extermination business. Highly recommended!

I cannot say enough about David from Responsible Pest Control. When we moved into our house, we had a significant scorpion problem (in drawers, dropping out of bathroom fan grates, and in every room). When we called, and David came out, he told us he would make it his goal to get rid of this infestation.

It took some work, and he responded every time we called, and even followed up! Totally unexpected. We haven't seen a single scorpion, or other pest, since he took over.
