We previously used another company 31/2 years ago for termite treatment. They did not drill into our concrete as part of their initial service. The termites returned this year after the rains that we have been having. We decided to use Bill's this time. Our experience has been great so far. Gemma came out to do our estimate. She was personable and knowledgeable and did a thorough inspection inside and out. The price quoted was reasonable as well. Casey came out today to perform the treatment. He called ahead of time to let us know he was on his way (which I always appreciate). He was courteous and efficient. I also like Bill's website, which gives additional info regarding tx types. I recommend this company to anyone looking for termite treatment of their home.

The BeeMan did an excellent job of removing the Bees that had set up housekeeping in our roof. When we called them back about persistent bee activity, they returned at no extra charge and relocated the remaining bees.

I had a Bedbug issue so i called Jeff with Azex Pest Solutions. Him and his great knowledgeable team took care of me and now im bed bug free! Its been 2 months since the treatment and i havent had any bites. Now me and my family can sleep without worrying about getting bit.

The guys spraying did awesome. The office people are terrible. I can't answer my phone while I'm at work when they call me to try and schedule another appointment but i have been calling the office for a month to pay my bill. They never answer the phone no matter what time of day it is. Are people even working in the office? Why can't you guys answer your phone? Will not be doing business here anymore.
