I called them on a Thursday for a quote on tree trimming, and sent the pictures that they requested. They never called back. I called on Friday and they said I would get a quote on Friday or Saturday. Still no quote. I guess they do not want new business.

Damaged property by not following the process described and and paid for by their arborist. After the damage occurred, the company didn't provide any resolution, even though the project manager recommended we contact management because the damage occurred due to negligence.

This crew was very professional and did a fantastic job with the tree trimming at our home. Scheduling was very simple with a phone call and text communication. Before and during they checked with me to make sure they knew what I was wanting. They took pride in their trimming and clean up. I plan on recommending them to neighbors and family.

We used BJ's landscaping for awhile. They were always on-time, always responsive whenever we had to contact them, and comparably priced to other services. Due to unforeseen financial circumstances, we had to put their services on hold for now. But, as soon as we're ready to start with a landscaping service again, we'll definitely be going back to BJ's.

I had two tall palms removed from my back yard with very little room between block wall and swimming pool, one palm trimmed in front yard. To be honest, I was not pleased with the way the job was going. What was supposed to be a one day job turned into two days. My pool and yard were left a mess after day one. But! It was a 120 degree day and the crew, understandably had to take extra breaks. Daniel scrambled and arranged for a crew to return Saturday to finish the job. The clean up on day two was great. There were a few issues remaining. Daniel called me and completely and generously took care of those issues immediately. His crews are truly amazing at what they do even in the extreme Arizona temperatures. His prices are competitive and fair. Fair price and next day service when all the other tree guys were booked because of the storm. Will hire again. He also climbs palm trees the other guys won't do. He will be doing those for me next.

I highly recommend Veteran Family Tree Service. I was looking to remove a palm in my backyard and requested a few quotes through Yelp! A couple of companies scheduled appointments to come out and check out the palm but they either never showed or kept trying to reschedule. Veteran Family was quick to reply and they were very professional and courteous. Gabriel came out to do the quote and although I had to go back to work during our scheduled appointment, he was able to get a look at the palm and was able to provide the quote without me being there. Their price was fair and I scheduled to have the palm cut down. Andrew and his crew came over and took care of the palm quickly and did a great job. I was expecting for my yard to look like a mess afterwards but they did a phenomenal job cleaning up after themselves and even cleared out all the leaves that had piled up around the palm. I will definitely be using them again in the future and encourage anyone that’s been looking for tree services to give them a call.

OUTSTANDING! We were researching removal of our 30+ foot Mexican Fan Palm and came across Moon Valley at a local Home Show about 2 months ago. We inquired with 3 other companies as well and ultimately chose Moon Valley because of their reasonable rates, desire to do the job, excitement in the job and timeframe to get the job done.

Not only did they show up earlier than expected, they had a crew of six who had our Palm Tree down in record time from what we expected. They cleaned up beautifully.

The stump grinding team, of surprisingly a crew of just two arrived, and also in record time, removed the stump to where you'd never know anything was ever there! Cleaned up and left our yard looking perfect!

These people are con artists. Don't ever pay up front. They have a trail of unfinished businesses throughout the entire valley!!! DON'T GIVE THESE GUYS MONEY UP FRONT!!! $0!!!

Mike was very quick to provide an estimate for diagnosing any tree and shrub problems and fixing any irrigation issues. We also contracted for pruning. The work was done promptly. Afterward when we had issues with our sprinklers, we couldn't get a call back. Finally reached him . He sent one of the guys over to take a look and we were told that we had leaks in the irrigation system because our system was so old. The house is one year old!!. Our guess is that the leaks were caused by their installers. So, $800 later, we've had to hire an irrigation repair conpany. Beware of this company.

Excellent experience! Evan came and planted a beautiful ironwood in our backyard. Our soil is caliche and very hard to dig in. Evan took his time to make sure the tree was properly planted. Excellent service and fair pricing. Will definitely use again for my tree services!

When Dan came to our house to give us an estimate for the tree work to be done, he was very friendly, professional, and clearly knew what he was talking about. He explained everything about the work to be done, who would be doing it, and how it would benefit our landscape and yard. We look forward to working with him for many, many years to come. They came on time for the estimate and the tree removal, did a quality job, cleaned everything up for a very reasonable cost.
