Before we needed our remodel we got bids from several different companies and decided to stick with well known companies and were a little leery of using a handyman type person to do the complete remodel of 2 of our bathrooms in our house. We got a very prominent company that always advertises on KTAR and we know that they did good work. The sent out a design person and came up with great ideas, right up until the quote.. We told them our budget to start with but there quote was about $15K higher than what we wanted, which irritated me to no end. We asked them what we needed to do to get it back in budget and everything went from high-end to super low-end and turned out to be nothing of what we wanted. This was not what we wanted!! I decided to look elsewhere , I picked up my cell phone and found Allure and looked at the pictures of work that he had done and liked what I saw. I called the number and talked to John (Houser) about giving us a bid. He came out to the house and I told him what I wanted to have done and told him of the other company that gave us a bid. I simply asked John what he could do that would keep us in our budget. He looked at it and simply said everything. I was in shock at first, and then I was really angry at the other firm and felt like they were really going to try advantage of me. In retrospect, dealing with Allure was one of the greatest decisions we ever made. John turned out to be a hands-on owner and monitored all aspects
of the remodel. The crew always kept us informed, always showed up on time and offered suggestions along the way that really made the experience so enjoyable. If you are thinking of a remodel, give John a call and I am positive that you will never regret it. It's been over a year since the bathrooms have been completed and my wife still comes out after her bath (in our nice new jetted tub) and says how much she just loves what Allure has done, and I love the fact that he kept his word, stayed on budget and everything was very professional from top-to-bottom. My overall experience with Pacific Bath Company was excellent. I did a lot of research before purchasing my Kohler Walk-In Bath from Pacific Bath Company. My experiences with other companies was abysmal - from outright rudeness and bad mouthing the competition to not knowing anything about the product. This was not the case at Pacific Bath Company. We made two trips of 120 miles each to visit Pacific Bath Company's office so that I could see and sit in a Kohler Walk-In Bath. While there I had an opportunity to speak with Director of Sales, Nathan; Production Manager, Brett; and Sales Manager, Rick; all of whom were gracious with their time and knowledge. I had a lot of questions which they patiently answered. The Office Manager, Michelle, was always upbeat, friendly and helpful. You can tell that everyone has bought into the Company's customer culture. My In Home Consultant, Trevor, was pleasant, polite and professional as were the installers, Edwin and Dan. I was especially please that they were respectful of my home making sure that nothing was damaged. They also cleaned everything before leaving both days of the install. There were several issues following the install which were taken care of the next week. I am very pleased with the function of my Kohler Walk-In Bath. I especially like the automatic water purge cycle and the automatic turnoff feature of the Bubble Massage Control. I would suggest that a similar turnoff feature be added to the Back and Neck Heater. This was an expensive investment but as the saying goes You get what you pay for. I am very happy that I made this investment in my future health and well being. And, I am very happy that I chose Pacific Bath Company.

Everyone was easy to work with and my shower came out exactly how I wanted. Lupe did the shower tile and he was meticulous! Aaron and Garron were also great!

The master bathroom and hallway they used to access our house was always cleaned at the end of the day and they were respectful of our home and understanding with our baby being in the house.

Thanks to Homework Remodels for a great job helping me restore my 1920s home. After the restoration was complete on the original house, they built my addition which included a master suite, a laundry room and a breakfast nook. They are very knowledgeable about historic restoration and they knew how to work with the historic society and the city to get the proper approvals and permits needed to meet the historic preservation requirements. They were a pleasure to work with and the new addition looks like it was part of the original house.

I had my master bathroom remodeled a couple of months ago. What a amazing experience dealing with Mark and his staff. Mark did a outstanding job working with my wife helping her design the bathroom. Everything turned out better than expected we love our walk in showroom and the quality of the work was top notch. Paul did a great job of coming in everyday to check on the progress and helped out. I have another bathroom that I will need done and I know who I will call. The employee's working there are the best and very good at there craft. Scotty did 2 full bathroom remodels for us! My stress was relieved instantly the minute he agreed to take on our project. Scotty communicated how things were going the whole way through. We got six quotes and hired Better Bath Remodeling because they were flexible with our needs and were way better priced than the others. They arrived when scheduled and worked on both of our bathrooms simultaneously. Martine was there everyday and did an amazing job. He always cleaned up after himself and was someone we knew we could trust. When we asked to change the shower doors he was very accommodating and the owner Mike was always calling us to keep us in the loop of the timeframes for completion. We could not be happier with the way they turned out, would hire them again, and also recommend them to others.

After Ben did a fantastic job remodeling our daughter's kitchen, we hired him to remodel our kitchen and great room. This project involved removing a fireplace as well as some walls, and replacing floor tile throughout. Ben was easy to work with and highly dependable. He coordinated with our kitchen designer and communicated with us every step of the way. We were very pleased with Ben and hope to hire him again in the future.

We made an appointment for the estimate on a Friday . Had to call to see why the had shown up. They never scheduled my estimate ! Don’t waste your time like I did and call someone else.

We hired Rebath to take out a sunken 43 year old cast iron tub, fill the hole to make it flush with the floor, raise the plumbing & install a new walk in shower. Alex Chavez was our technician.
