I recently chose this company because of the very positive reviews and even checked out their BBB A+ standing. I was very impressed by Alex in particular and his level of professionalism, expertise and responsiveness. He answered all of my many questions and did a great job hydrojetting my sewer line. The ability of the company to get me on the schedule quickly and the price were also great. Thank you kindly Moon Valley Plumbing. I give these two lousy plumbers 1 star because there wasn't an option to give them none. I called at 12:30 pm and was given an estimated time of 3 to 4:30pm for a call back when the plumber would be on his way. I got a call at 4:29 pm to say a gentleman with a name of Abby was on his way to my residence, and that he was very friendly and a family oriented person. When the person name Juan came to my door and introduced himself I was a bit surprised but okay. He ask what the problem was and I explained that neither my shower nor bathtub were draining. He went down to the front bathroom looked at it and ask if I had power in the bathroom. When I showed him the outlet that I did have, he shook his head and said no that wont work. I said he could run a cord from the living room. He went out to his truck got the electric snake and ran it down the drain. He was at my home for a total of about 30 minutes and gave me a bill for 85 dollars. He probably didn't say more than 15 words to me and I had to ask him to repeat himself each time, as he did not speak English well, and I don't understand Spanish. If you need a plumber because your shower and tub wont drain save your self some time and money and go to Lowes and rent the snake for 50 dollars for a two hour period and do it yourself. The help there will speak your language and not leave you feeling like you have just been scammed. Also these guys don't like to take credit cards, when ask if they take credit cards he said he would prefer a check, my reply was I prefer a credit card, he had to call and have the card taken over the phone. Before posting my comment I called Joe the owner to let him know that I was posting this review and he said oh thank you, when I told him it wasn't a good review he got defensive in my opinion and made comments like that in my mind the service was not good and he had just received a call about how well Juan had done on the last job before coming to my home, I explained that I was not the only one whom had given him a bad review, and for me, in my mind I was the only one who matter.

Flush King came and found that I had been lied to by another company that wanted to dig up my sewer lines and create fixes for issues I didn't have. What he actually found out is the reason my master toilet wasn't flushing is because it was never vented by the originalDel Webb manufacturer of the home. He snake it. It started working again he Hydro jetted for half the cost all of my pipes and everything works great now. I cannot recommend Flush King more highly.
