I will definitely be using their services in the future. I called for the pigeon problem that I was having and ended up getting pest control service after he told me what was on my glue trap. Jesus my service technician was very professional and had such a good spirit I felt very comfortable having him around my home.

My wife and I have had problems with roof rats for the past six years. We knew they came to this area because Scottsdale used to be dominated primarily by fruit orchards. Knowing this, we tried to eliminate the attractor by first removing the fruit trees on our property. Doubling our efforts, we then set traps and caught a few. A few weeks later, however, they came back. So, I called in the pros - and my first choice was Anteater. Shawn told me that rats are all over my area and that they travel. He said the only way to combat them is to continuously set bait. Anteater came out and set the locked bait traps around the house and behind our bushes . We now have a technician come back once a month to reload the traps. Our home is now rat-free and we're beyond grateful to have Anteater's help.

Nick was on time for appointment. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He walked through what he was going to do and then updated us at end as to what he found. Our sales person was super friendly and knowledgeable as well. Great service - great all around experience!

A 1 year warranty doesn't do you much good if in that entire year the issue is never fixed or your place isn't properly treated.

So during the initial inspection they did a good job identifying all the problem areas of my house and then proceeded to treat these areas (i think, I'm not sure anymore because the termites never went away).

2 months go by - area still are infested with termites and they are building tubes actively still, so i call and they come back out and treat again.

My husband had a good experience with the 3rd person as he was good at explaining things and sorta guaranteed us that the problem was fixed.

I try and get another appointment, they guarantee yet again to send someone better but I can never get an appointment in the mornings, itll take 2-3 weeks, maybe to get someone. Not to mention the appointment itself has a 5 hour window for when the employee is supposed to get here and to the treatment, thatll require taking an entire day off work. :/ I don't know many people who could tolerate such a large time window like that, especially when you have to do this multiple times in a year.

Termite treatment is just something i want to do once and forget about, maybe a touch up every now and then, you cant do that if you go with this company.

I'm sorry but my house is being eaten away, and after this many visits they still couldn't treat the same problem areas. I'm absolutely upset over this. Ive worked with termite companies before and never have i had a company have so much trouble treating 1 problem area. My bathroom ceiling, from the beginning, has always been the problem and it continues to be a problem without any signs that it got any better or will get better.

The 1 year warranty wont do you very good if that entire year the termites still don't go away with no signs of stopping. I really have to do some research into other companies now to see who else I can go with. When it comes to your house, you cant afford to get bad quality termite work done.

John was great and very responsive at first but now he will not respond to text messages and not let us know anything about scheduling our home or anything. Covid played a part at first and we were understanding but the lack of communication is not acceptable at this point.

I highly recommend A.S.A.P. Bee Removal for a few reasons; no matter what time of day I call, they always get me in their schedule right away. Bees are not something you mess around with. The sooner you see them and handle them, the sooner you won't have a hive to deal with.
