Bill's team (from the staff that answers the phones, to the service guys who did the initial inspection and subsequent treatment) was great - always on time (well, actually 5 minutes early both times - a rare quality today) and very knowledgeable. They were very flexible with us when we had to reschedule our treatment at the last minute. I would (and will) recommend Bill's to anyone who needs a termite service. I kind of freaked out when we found termites in our home (I've lived in AZ over 35 years and have never had termites before), but service tech James Long put all my fears to rest - explaining everything about termites and treatment. Thank you Bill - for employing such a great crew!

Markus K. came out for a warranty call and was quick and efficient in finding and treating my termite problem. He was knowledgeable and friendly and found and treated the areas around the house. I’d definitely recommend Action Termite and their team.

The one time when I was not happy with the results of a treatment the owner himself, Brent, came to my house and took every action to ensure a result of highly satisfied customer. We have been using Rid a Bird pest control for over 10 years. We have never had any problem with any type of insects. They are very thorough and informative if you have any questions or concerns. They are very reputable.

We called a few Exterminators for quotes. I did some research on the type of chemical they would be using to treat our house for Termites.We decided to go with Invader Pest control and couldn't be happier. It was reasonably priced. Will was our technician and took his time and paid close attention to every detail and concern I had. The whole process was not stressful and I feel confident our house will be protected from Termites. John who came out to measure and do the quote was also very friendly and professional. We had a contract with Terminex before and it was like a 360 degree turn in the right direction from the joke and expensive service Terminex offers. Terminex wouldnt even drill down into my concrete slab around my house. Will from Invader was very careful drilling and patched and cleaned any drilling or trenches that he made to apply our treatment. Hands down Invader did a great job at a reasonable price. Update Will came out again today. He always does a great Job. The honored the warranty and I will continue to use Invader pest control in the future.

Regular exterminator suggested I call their business partner for numerous burrowed holes in our front, side and backyards. Critter Control was very responsive. Preliminary inspection was held the next day and my home was treated the very NEXT DAY!! Two week follow-up and monthly treatments to follow. Each representative took their time to express concerns. I was not pressured for unnecessary “up-sale” services we did not need. We feel we received great service at a fair price. Thanks Jon for taking care of us!!
