I am very pleased. I have a patio home rental that was treated for termites about 4 years ago. The neighbors on both sides just had treatment a few months ago so I called the same company to come out and check. Sure enough the termites were back. My tenant was there to meet with the other pest control company and was not very impressed. I had heard the commercials on the radio and thought I should check out Bills. My renter loved Jonathan as he was much more thorough than the other tech. I loved Bills because the price was substantially lower than the competitor and they did a very good job. Will recommend Bills to anyone that has a pest problem.

Always let me know ahead of time so I can bring the dogs in and have the yard picked up. No problems w/pests at all. P

This year we experienced an awful tick problem and my dog’s requested me to call Urban Desert Pest Control.

I appreciate Johnathan and his professional approach from dropping off his business card to our first phone call. He was extremely informative, polite and respectful. He knows his stuff and their product smells AMAZING! (Pet & Kid friendly) I had Johnathan come out same day, no contracts and no BS! The price is good and Johnathan recommend Bi-monthly services but under no obligation do you have to. I’m leaving this as 5 stars as long as the product and the extermination is as advertised. I highly recommend this locally owned business.

i had Terminix for 20 years and when we moved into our new house, the previous owner had this company for termite control. THAT service was good so two months ago, i dropped Terminix for outside pest control in favor of these guys, all to save $100/year. they came for their first treatment on may 24, as i had ant problems. they sprayed in the dirt areas, not on the patio and a week later, the ants were back in full force. i called to send the guy out again.they said there would be a service/travel fee..to correct something they never got right.i have cancelled them and now back to terminix.

John was great and very responsive at first but now he will not respond to text messages and not let us know anything about scheduling our home or anything. Covid played a part at first and we were understanding but the lack of communication is not acceptable at this point.

It's the time of year for creepy crawlies to find their way into houses, but they seem to be sticking around much longer this year than they usually do. We've had Widow out a few times now, and we're very happy with their service. They are able to get us scheduled within 2-3 business days. They are prompt (and will text if they can be early) and professional. Nicholas explained why we may be having continued issues (old plumbing with possible damage) and gave suggestions for permanent solutions, as well as options to manage the issue in the meantime. They were in and out in less than 15 minutes. I wish I didn't need their services, but as long as I do, they'll continue to get my business!
