We've used Burns for several years now and they always provide outstsnding service. They always ask if there are any new concerns. In a couple of cases, we explain what we're seeing and they will find a way to treat it while they're here. They are a grest pest control company!

We've been using Insectek for 2 years and they are amazing! The quarterly service is a great plan and very reasonable. The service from Insectek, and specifically Wayne, is above and beyond! He goes out of his way to make sure we are getting all our pest problems taken care of and he's always available to answer questions. It's a great company to work with!

Have a Termite Contract. Company representative stopped by (without notice - said he was in the area), found termite activity. Never called or scheduled a treatment appointment.

He came out to my home and provided excellent service. I would highly recommend using his services.

I had a great experience with russel pest control. The guy who came out, Jory, was super friendly and prompt. He was great at keeping communicating when he would be out so I had enough time to make sure my dogs were situated snd they were mindful of the storms, they let me know if it rained to hard they would be happy to come out and spray the outside again. I would recommend them and use them again for sure.

These guys are fantastic! I found 2 scorpions near my kids! I called them because they were referred by one of my friends and Adam was able to came out the same day. He used 3 different types of treatment around my house inside and out, was extremely professional and polite, and was cheaper than I expected! I will definitely be using them again and referring to my friends and family! Thank you bug science!

2 year contract. Horrible customer service. Charged for service we never received. They refused to give us a refund. Finally had to file a complaint with the BBB. There is nothing good about this company.

Our condo association had been with a national pest control company for 7 years. We had been dissatisfied with them for a while, and when covid hit, wait times to speak to a representative was upwards of half an hour.
Ryan was referred to us by one of the homeowners who lives here. I contacted him by text and he responded, as he continues to ALWAYS respond. His service is great, he is always professional, and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a quality pest control company.

Don't waste your time with these people! Came to my home with one course of action and then never called back or followed up. After calling back, was told the person who originally assessed the treatment quit so no one called me back. Escalated to the manager who hid from my calls and was extremely unprofessional. Steer clear if you have a real termite problem that needs real treatment!

They always answer all my questions and concerns and not only do they do a great job with their service, but they also share great tips for pest prevention. Termites keep coming back. They do spot treatment but not even 1month and they are back. I asked them to redo the trench with termidol around the house since whatever they are doing is not working and they refuse. The warranty is a joke.
