My wife and I have had problems with roof rats for the past six years. We knew they came to this area because Scottsdale used to be dominated primarily by fruit orchards. Knowing this, we tried to eliminate the attractor by first removing the fruit trees on our property. Doubling our efforts, we then set traps and caught a few. A few weeks later, however, they came back. So, I called in the pros - and my first choice was Anteater. Shawn told me that rats are all over my area and that they travel. He said the only way to combat them is to continuously set bait. Anteater came out and set the locked bait traps around the house and behind our bushes . We now have a technician come back once a month to reload the traps. Our home is now rat-free and we're beyond grateful to have Anteater's help.

I am so happy that I chose to work with House Doctor to eliminate my termite problem. I set up an estimate with them after the second or third time of going through the various companies around town. Not only did David immediately respond to my online request with a phone call, but their technician Josh happened to be right around my house, which is not always the case living so far north. He was over in twenty minutes from getting off of the phone with David, who thoroughly went over their services on the phone. Taking covid precautions, I was happy to open the door to a masked Josh. He looked around and of course pointed out more tubes than I had even identified. He was also extremely patient as another company showed up minutes before he was leaving - without having confirmed their appointment, of course. After reviewing their services, getting four other estimates, and having a few more questions answered by David, I scheduled my service promptly and was delighted to be taken care of the following week by Isaac. He was so fast and made cleanup of everything that was drilled a breeze. His work inside the house was quick as well, and I'm happy to report that after he knocked down the tubes I had, nothing has been back since! Of course the product may take some time to kick in, but I suppose my colony ran into the Termidor almost right away. I highly recommend using House Doctor for your exterminating needs. I chose them because they were fast, family-owned, cared about my experience, of course use top of the line Termidor, and they were helpful along the way, suggesting what to look for in a quote as well as having a generous and updated warranty period. My family had a major cricket problem. The technician was extremely thorough and even found a few other bug problems we weren’t even aware of haven’t seen a cricket since! Highly recommend.

Russell Pest Control has been our exterminator for over 20 years.The owner is a great person. He is attentive, personable and friendly in any exchange we have via text or phone conversations. If we ever have an issue with odd bug activity (usually ant mounds outside once or twice during the summer), I just text him and he has the bug guys check out the areas and take care of it. I hate Crickets!!! I know I am not the only one. I called up asking to get a quote on Pest Control and Adam was very knowledgeable on what I should do in order to get rid of one of my biggest pet peeves. The chemicals that they use are safe for pets and children, which is so important for me and my household. While he was here he also found termites!!! I didn't even know I had termites. He is very observant to say the least. He explained to me everything that they do and why, in order to rid your home of these wood eating pests. I would recommend Bug Science to anyone that is wanting a knowledgeable company to do the work.

This company has been sold and it is not what it once was bay any means. We have a contract to treat the termites which we pay in advance for a one year service. I've been trying to get them out to my house for over two months and now they tell me not till the middle of January. Can't believe they are still in business!!! Totally dissatisfied!!!
