I have been in my home 14 years and had termite issues immediately after moving in and all the other termite places would drill my concrete and pour liquid and put chemicals in my interior walls, which never worked for very long. Then I found Arrow exterminators and I have NOT had any problems with termites. The service guys are great and the lady(s) I annually speak to in the office are nice and never rushed. Now, this does not mean raise my rate (LOL)

I appreciate Johnathan and his professional approach from dropping off his business card to our first phone call. He was extremely informative, polite and respectful. He knows his stuff and their product smells AMAZING! (Pet & Kid friendly) I had Johnathan come out same day, no contracts and no BS! The price is good and Johnathan recommend Bi-monthly services but under no obligation do you have to. I’m leaving this as 5 stars as long as the product and the extermination is as advertised. Two days ago (8/21/2012) I paid Paul's Pest to renew my annual termite protection and made an appointment for them to inspect and treat my home. They didn't show up, didn't call, and do not answer their office phone.

Does anyone know if Paul's Pest is still in business?
