Best Mosquito Treatment in Phoenix AZ

I worked for hawx for months still waiting to hear back from hr on my w2 customer service through the phone is extremely rude claiming that they don't have and hr number or person worst pest control company in the valley as an ex technician don't use them

The tech Travis was super friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this company. They are dog friendly too!

Our SEXTON field tech - DOC- is very good and always takes the extra step to make sure we are satisfied and all was complete.

DJ came by and serviced my property. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. DJ answered all my questions and asked if there was anything I was concerned about. I told him one concern I had and he helped me on the spot. I could not ask for more!

Good people and good work. I learned a lot about these bugs and now I will always be on the look out the next time i stay in a motel, travel,etc. Not a fun thing to go through. just happy they're gone for good!

I had a great experience with russel pest control. The guy who came out, Jory, was super friendly and prompt. He was great at keeping communicating when he would be out so I had enough time to make sure my dogs were situated snd they were mindful of the storms, they let me know if it rained to hard they would be happy to come out and spray the outside again. I would recommend them and use them again for sure.

Excellent company! I can't stress it enough. My wife and I have been battling rats for months. We hired other companies but none of them could resolve our problem. We called Critter Ridder and Jason came out to our home and quickly found the problem. He had his technicians get right to work and after a few of days (and many captured rats), we are delighted to say we no longer have any rats issues! Thank you Critter Ridder for an outstanding job.

Great company. They are professional and friendly. Came right away when I needed extra help. I am termite and bug free.. My little ones love to see the bug man, they know he keeps the scary spiders away and he is very nice. I just love everyone at this company.. Need pest control call them now.

Had a termite infestation in 2014. They did a professional job. Had a small problem a year later.. .they fixed it no charge, no problem.
Received an invoice recently (Sept.) to renew my warranty for another year that would be due mid-October That reminded me I hadn't had a warranty inspection since 2015. Called to schedule an inspection and was told a 'tech' wasn't available until 4 days after my renewal was due,
and could only be done if my warranty was in force. I thought that was
a pretty shady way to make sure I renewed my warranty.

Update: In fairness to the Company, the owner, (after seeing my review), contacted me in person. He explained I should have been told they would extend my current warranty long enough to do the inspection under my current warranty period. He apologized for for the misunderstanding.

Stay away from this company, they don’t respect their customers

Have been using the company for around 5 yrs.
Had some little issues every now and again but the most recent was the worst.
Under contract Had a tech come out to re check for termites. Gave us a talk about how long he's been doing these things but did nothing to solve the problem stating he'd be back first thing the following week ( told us not to make an appointment that he'd take care of it) he never showed up. Didn't call. Nothing. Called to complain and got the run around that it should have been scheduled and just no help.
Then talked to a manager who said she had to run the situation by higher ups and would call back within an hour...... hours passed finally got a call only to be told that'd nothing was figured out and they'd call back in an hour. Well....... we still haven’t recieved a call back. It's been days......
Beyond upset

Used for home and business service is good.
They could use customer service training in office. New staff was not confident in the products and services they offer and how to accommodate if you make a mistake. In all fairness...they are working on it with Management. I'm going to continue my service with them as things seem to be turning around. Ashley is the best and the owner!!

Annette and ken are absolutely wonderful. They always address any need I have promptly and professionally. I have been a customer since the beginning. I have an assisted living home and they are always so responsive to my needs and for my residents. They do my pest control on house and grounds, take care of spring bee problems. I can call Annette and talk over problems with pests and she has never once in all these years let me down. Their charges are so reasonable and their follow up is amazing.
