Stuart and his team handled our “not so pleasant” situation beyond our expectations! We had tenants in our property in Scottsdale and we could not have managed our tenants without their help. Stuart and Art treated them (and us) with the upmost respect during a horrible time. They went above and beyond to calm the nerves of our tenants and treated our home like their own. They educated us through the entire process and kept us informed during the two month process it took to eliminate the infestation. Every time we texted, called or emailed they responded timely and never wavered from treating us like a new customer.

Great people and service, extremely reasonable pricing and proficient at what they do. Solved our problem in no time and could have charged us a lot more for repeat visits but told us we could handle it ourselves and save money. I chose them from these reviews and highly recommend this company. They did NOT ask me to write a review, I think we should take the time to post the positive stuff and not just bother to write the awful reviews for bad service.

All the bugs are gone plus the scorpions. I have been happy with Bug Science for almost a year. They are on time as scheduled, and are courteous which is good for someone you're going to let into your home. I have a lot of vegetation where bugs live and Bug Science helps me keep up with it. Called and talked to a very nice lady told her my what was going on and she then gave me a few different prices. I told her that I was a single mom on a fixed income with a child and a elderly mother. She then told me her tech was pretty clear today and would have him give me a call. She told me that the home inspection was free with no obligation and then he would determine what need to be done and at that point he would quote me the prices. She told me for just one room could be as high as 500 and 1500 based on the size of the house. I thanked her and was pleased with the service she provided but when the tech called everything then changed. I live in San tan valley and told her this so then the tech asked me if I was going to get the service done today told him that I wanted the inspection first to see what needed to be done as the holidays are just around the corner and could not afford 1500 to 1700 hundred today. Then I had told him about the conversation with the young lady and he replied with no the inspection is 90 dollars as I have to drive to San tan I told him that is not what was told to me on the phone and then proceeded to say I wasn't going to find anyone cheaper and that they would not quote me the right prices. Which I found to be very professional. And if I was to get chemical treatment the would charge me for everytime they had to come back and would still not get rid of the problem. I caution anyone please shop around get all the information you can along with pricing from several different companies. Just because one company is a little less expensive doesn't make them a bad company and of course if your rich which I'm not by all means hire them this is just my experience with this company and they never even made it to my house.

The Pigeon Specialist Phx came out quickly and dealt with our rat situation. They had the perfect solution, so glad I called and didn't try to deal with it myself.

They are a good pest control company,I been using the company for year's,and they treat my house on the past for termites, with a good warranty on the treatment.

This company is the worst of the worst. All the owner cares about is himself. I know this because I've even spoken to 2 technicians that used to work for Paul and they said the same thing. They also claimed the company was very unorganized with their materials, they were never thanked or rewarded for the hard work in the summer, their old trucks would break down on them while trying to gey to a customers house, and the list goes on. All in all, horrible company, they don't deserve your business, and I would suggest you hire someone else.

I wanted to let everyone know my experience(s) with these folks, great at what they do and their estimate of what would happen regarding roof rats, was right on. Leah was great and straightforward and took care of issue as advertised. 5 star all the way.

I took advantage of their free termite inspection, turns out I ended up having termites, they took care of the job with no problem. The employees were very friendly, professional and answered all of my questions!! Satisfied customer!!
