Had some unexpected flooding in my home, and had to call this company at approximately 4:00 in the morning. They came right out. Dealing with their service people on that very stressful day, and since, has been a pleasure. In particular, Jacob, Chris, Chandler, and Benjamin were all very helpful and very professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

They do it all! Commercial, residential and industrial water removal and clean up services. They helped my apartment complex out with multiple units that had been badly damaged. They did it all. After an extensive leak in my home, Servpro of Phoenix was called in. Since this is my second home, I was unable to inspect the damage personally. Thanks to the supervisor on the job, I was emailed many photos throughout the clean up process. It was comforting to see the progress being made.

We hired AZ Fire and Water Restoration after a house fire on 3/31/19. Today is 11/23/20, a full 20 months after the fire and the home is still not complete. My sister, Yhara Quiroz, has written a detailed review shedding light on her experience that I would suggest you take a look at.

We have dealt with 3 different contractors and the general manager of the business and have still been unable to finish this project. Conversations with these people end in empty promises that serve only to stretch the timeline of this project out. We feel trapped as there is no one left for us to turn to in the company to hold them accountable.

They refuse to be held culpable for lost items and shoddy workmanship. The only thing they have been consistent about is requesting payment for their services. My sister has spent countless hours staying on top of these people making sure work is being completed. If it weren't for her, AFW would have taken us for thousands of dollars.

Everyday that they do not finish the work is another day that we have to think about the fire. We are unable to move on emotionally and their actions suggest that they simply don't care.

We had a flooding issue caused by a faulty AC/heat pump unit installation and Rocky Mountain Restoration was on-site within the hour of the call from the plumber on a Friday evening. They checked in on the property daily and, frankly, I have not seen a level of service like this in a long time! The issue, unfortunately, repeated itself and they were again quick to the rescue on a following Saturday night. I would highly recommend their services to anyone! Prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and all-in-all absolutely awesome!

I worked with Jakob H and he was simply really great and informative. Tyler H . was assisting with removals and he was cleaning up just like it was his own space. Did such a good job. Chandler N. Was here to work the removal with and he spoke to me and explained further the job. Jakob and Tyler and this team was so impressive and really helped me to remain calm during a very stressful time. We had a fire in our garage and the fire department pulled down our ceiling in our entryway. After they left there was a gaping hole in our ceiling, so I called the insurance company to send out someone to board up the hole for security reasons. This company showed up and put up some plywood to cover the hole. OK yes, they did show up at 2 AM and did some cleanup too however for the materials used and their time they charged $1,196.46. All this for 1-4'x8'x3/4 sheet of plywood and a scrap piece 32 x 4' x 3/4. Oh, let us not forget the 16 or so screws they used to hold it up...

Would 100% not recommend these guys for work. On the dry out stage they might be ok, but the restoration end has been an absolute nightmare. Talk about incompetence at every turn.....

Update- job was not in my name but I was the buyer's representative and it was absolutely Paul Davis. I wish I could get them zero stars as they never even finished their contractual obligations.

I wish I could rate this company higher. I can't recommend them enough either, they were very hands on and kept me so well informed through the whole process. You won't regret hiring them.

Frank and Greg were OUTSTANDING!!! This was an awful situation and they not only made me feel like we were in good hands, they proved it ! Cost was not astronomical and work was amazing! Using them in the future for sure !

I had a flood in my house because a couple of pipes burst so WMF came out very quickly and they were at my home for about five hours to get everything set up. They were good as it can be when your house floods and they came every day until we are satisfied. They were super nice. Everything was great.
