I love the truthful stance this company takes on treating mosquitoes. They offer to use fully organic products where people and pets will be, but use stronger sprays to control these pesky creatures elsewhere. Plus, they guarantee their work and will come back out for free if required.

Preventative services on a new build, they were walking door to door and were very professional. Explained everything well and were able to schedule us within the week. After the first treatment we could already see bugs outside dead. We haven’t had any issues inside and the value is great. 10/10 would recommend.

Had issues starting 2 years ago with squirrels and mice in the crawl space between the ceiling and roof. A friend recommended Serenity Pest Solutions. I never had pest problems in the past and assumed someone would show up, drop a few traps and come back to check them at some time. Wasn’t expecting much.

I was extremely pleased to see that Justin had a detailed strategy to rid my home of pests. He used bait, traps and cameras to identify and remove the rodents.

After eradication, he used his construction experience to patch all the cracks and crevices in the roof to prevent re-entry.

Have not experienced any problems in well over a year. No more spiders and scorpions either.

Justin has excellent communication skills and always coordinates monthly follow-up maintenance appointments as well as giving an in depth explanation of the pest removal process.

Everyone of us in the valley should get annual termite inspections, although treatment (if you don't have issues) is only about once a decade (I believe). Adam came out and was amazingly thorough in inspecting the house. In addition, he was really helpful in information and tips as we went through. That was NOT expected but a nice bonus. I recommend Adam and his team for any of your pesky critter moments! They are terrific, professional, thorough and helpful!

They are my heros!

This company keeps not showing up for pest issues. I have scheduled mutliple times with them. The first time they just didn't show up wasting an hour I could have been at work. The second time they just changed the arrival time without a valid provided reason. They treated my house a month ago, i have been calling them for weeks to come deal with this pest issue and they can't seem to show up within their scheduled time. BUT they have no issues messaging me a twice a day to remind me of the scheduled appointment. Save yourself a headache and go with a better company because APTIVE is a huge let down.**1 year (almost) update** The situation has gotten a little better as the customer service will *probably* pick up the phone when I call. It normally takes 2-3 appointments for them to do their service as I prefer an after 5pm appointment window (since I work and like to be there when they do it to point out problem areas). Updated review from 1 to 3 stars as their pricing as still quite good relative to other companies. Just don't expect quick, expedited, or emergency service for more major pest problems.

I definitely will not be going to this place again. The credit card I used to make my purchase here was used within a half hour to buy $1,100 of shoes in New York. I used my cc three time earlier in the week at my local golf course that I have been to for fourteen years, Lowes and Fry's. I should have been more aware suspicious when the cc machine here was off to the side and out of sight and after the first swipe the employee states.. well that didn't go through..... but did a second time..... I'm sure my cc was swiped through a skimmer..... live and learn..... not every business and or employee are on the up and up.
