Steve was on time and friendly. He did an efficient job and explained our need. The only reason we give him 4 stars is because we had to place 4 separate calls over 7 days before we received a response. But we would recommend his services.

Scott is the most friendly and professional business owner in the pest control game. We’ve been working with him for over four years and we love his quality of service, his knowledge, and expertise. He takes his time to help educate you (if yore interested in learning about how to keep your home protected from pests outside of his own services) and he’s great with communication. My favorite part outside of Scott himself is how great our property smells after he treats our home, it’s like a combination of light cinnamon and mint and I absolutely love it! David and his team are fantastic. They treated our house 10 years ago, and they helped us stay termite free for a decade. I highly recommend keeping up the renewal plan! They really know their stuff!

Had issues starting 2 years ago with squirrels and mice in the crawl space between the ceiling and roof. A friend recommended Serenity Pest Solutions. I never had pest problems in the past and assumed someone would show up, drop a few traps and come back to check them at some time. Wasn’t expecting much.

I was extremely pleased to see that Justin had a detailed strategy to rid my home of pests. He used bait, traps and cameras to identify and remove the rodents.

After eradication, he used his construction experience to patch all the cracks and crevices in the roof to prevent re-entry.

Have not experienced any problems in well over a year. No more spiders and scorpions either.

Justin has excellent communication skills and always coordinates monthly follow-up maintenance appointments as well as giving an in depth explanation of the pest removal process.

I have used Russell Pest Control for 2 years, every summer. I have a really bad scorpion problem at my home because of the wash behind my house. It is so nice to have gotten rid of them & their food sources!

Adam and his team at Bug Science are amazing. They are on time, they care about their clients (and the pets) and we're so grateful not to be inundated with bugs! A lot of peace of mind. And they also have a fantastic anti-scorpion program that you just have to see.
