Alex was and his team are absolutely amazing. My wife and I moved to the area 2 months ago from out of the state. Coming from a high-rise, my wife was alarmed when she met her first cockroach. I figured it was normal to find these critters inside every once in a while, but 5 or so a week seemed excessive. We reached out to several companies who had just wanted us to start with a basic spray. Alex was different. He came out for a FREE inspection of the area. He was able to not only find an open sewer drain in the house, which operated as a front door for the roaches into our house, he was able to identify a potential water leak near this open drain. He explained to us why this was a problem, and how this is what is attracting the roaches. Unlike other companies that just wanted to spray the perimeter of the house, he worked inside out. Alex sealed the open sewer, and because of his water leak identification, we were able to eliminate what attracted the roaches to us in the first place. Had we just treated our perimeter, this would have done nothing to fix our problem.....and of course we had Alex do our perimeter as well. Haven't seen a bug, of any kind, at all since his treatment. I have been noticing an increase of Scorpios in and around my house . I called on a Friday afternoon and they were able to get here and spray the area within the hour !! I was using another company previously and not seeing the results !! They were not only quick to take action but very friendly and informative . They answered all my silly questions and eased all my fears ! As a new customer I would recommend them to anyone just off my first interaction!!

We get regular service from this company at multiple properties. Over the last year their service has gone from great to not very good. We are thinking of leaving them for service because of all of the service issues.

Tyler approached my door to welcome my family to the neighborhood and offer his services. We did have a misunderstanding as I was unaware that the expectation for the complimentary service was intended to result in a long-term commitment. That aside, Tyler was understanding about the confusion and did not press me further. In regards to the service itself, the team moved swiftly and did seem knowledgeable with their equipment and key areas to be serviced. Given that I am new to the area and hadn't heard of his company prior it wasn't a good time for a long-term agreement. I will consider his services in the future once I become a bit more adjusted to the area as well as determine what type of potential pests this area may bring. Overall, if you are comfortable with a long-term agreement and have a need for such services his prices are more than fair and he appears to take his work seriously.
